The gate is wide open every time I go by. I'm not even sure if it's an actual access gate, or just a gate for looks. It doesn't even connect in the front, so anyone can walk in at night, to do whatever mischief they please. The grounds don't look good. Broken sidewalks and parking lot flood very quickly. I know bc the day I visited, it was raining. Dirty building exteriors weren't impressive either for a place that claims to be doing so much renovating. I'm not sure of why this place is wait-listed. I had to give myself a property tour because of the rain, and the leasing lady didn't want to go out, even though I had a large umbrella to share. She just looked at me blankly.

Since the new management took over everything looks better, they are remodeling the apartments. I love living here is close to the supermarket, and I 10 freeway. The neighbors are friendly, staff is great, quick turnaround for any maintenance issues.

I have lived her for almost 3 years and I love it the manager Martha and her staff are so friendly and attentive to all of my needs. Plus when things need to be fixed or taken care of they respond fast and effectively... this is a nice place to live especially if you have children!

I've been a residents here for 6 years. My family and I love it! The property Manager Martha is very nice and attentive. The maintenance staff is quick to repair any issues reported to the office.

I have been here for 3 years and have had no problems. It is amazingly quiet. No loud music. No break-ins. Thank the Lord. The staff has always been very attentive to any questions I may have. The place is well kept. I am looking forward to the many updates and ongoing improvements on the property. Back and front gates, and maybe a playground in the future for the kids. I have lived here since December of 2010!! i have loved living here at these apartments!! the staff is very friendly & kind!!! I would recommend these apartments to anyone!! very nice apartments. Maintience is always asking if everything is working okay in my apartment!! maintence have always been very nice to me!! they have always fix anything that needs fixing in my apartment
