I've been here a year and a half now and my BIGGEST complaint about this property is the VERY thin walls. If you live downstairs, you will suffer! I can literally count my upstairs neighbor's footsteps all day and night when I'm home and it sounds like a herd of cattle about to fall through my ceiling. I can hear their every move in every area of their apartment. No rest for the weary! These apartments were NOT remodeled with your sanity in mind! Since I've been here, for the second time already, I'm dealing with families of EXTRA people in the house that couldn't possibly be on the lease for a small 1 bedroom apartment. Outside is quieter than inside.

Besides the roaches, mosquitoes, the reservoir sewing smell right behind the property, the flood and the extremely rude and unprofessional property manager named Sylvia who will try her best to hit you with some bogus fees to keep your deposit when you move out, it could be a decent place to live in if you have nowhere else to go.

I been a resident here for more than 7 years and I have seen the difererence since the new management come, property looks great office staff very helpful and ways there to assist you. Definitely I will recommend this place

These are by far the worst apartments I have ever lived in. Where to begin...First of all there is trash absolutely everywhere. No one cares to clean up after themselves. There is no access gate so anyone can come in and they do. Also, whenever you go outside to breathe fresh air all you smell is sewage. I am a very clean person yet I have roaches everywhere. Parking is a joke. Every parking space is reserved. There is no visitor parking so if someone decides to stop by they risk being towed. These are the good things about the apartments. There are more illegals here then US Citizens and I find empty drug baggies and condom wrappers all the time. The little hoodlums that run around are not even trying to hide their drug use. They have marijuana cigars and pipes and will smoke it in front of the younger kids. These kids are 12 and 13 by the way and their parents let them run wild with no supervision. The pot holes are EVERYWHERE. It's an extreme hazard. Some of the pot holes are as big as the road. The pool is so disgusting I wouldnt be surprised if someone caught something. And does management care? No. I guarantee they haven't put any money in renovating the apartment complex in years. There are stray animals everywhere and people let their dogs roam around outside at all hours. The only good thing about these apartments are when you are in your apartments its semi quiet. All these good reviews are most likely people who are friends with the management or they don't care to live in a hell hole. They are overpriced for what you get. I have 2 kids and I wont even let them outside and play because of the kids and the hazards on the property. My lease is up in a month and I'll never look back. I wouldn't recommend these apartments to my worst enemy. DO NOT LIVE HERE!

Decent property, not too fancy from the outside, but the inside of the apartments are actually nice. We have wood floors and upgraded appliances. The only 2 things I dislike about living here are the big huge pot holes they have on the streets, They are bad, but you can work with them. The other thing is the Oder of the sewer - a big sewer is next to the apartments and from time to times it stinks. Either way I am happily living here - neighbors are all nice, no violence or theft. Location is perfect, office staff are always so helpful and kind.

Where to begin. DO NOT LIVE HERE. If you like living in a dumpster then this place is for you. There is trash EVERYWHERE. The dumpsters easily overflow which results in trash everywhere on the grounds and in the middle of the road. Tenants let their dogs run wild so they are always eating the trash from the dumpsters. The pot holes are everywhere and has resulted in many flat tires. Not little pot hole but huge ones. The lawn care leaves branches and leaves stren about. There is NO parking for guests and no security gates. The apartments themselves are not that bad and the neighbors are respectful most of the times. Since the apartments are right by a water treatment facility it smells like sewage which results in gnats coming out of the sinks and bath tubs that you cant get rid of. For the amount i pay i expect a lot more. I cant wait to move.

Started living here October 2014, and I must say I have been loving it so far. Its a small complex which makes it better everyone knows eachother and everyone watches eachothers back. My apartments was upgraded before we moved in, now has wood floor and the kitchen appliances were upgraded aswell, we havent had any issues (thank god). Overall better than I initially expected. #HappyResident
