Do Not Rent Here – Bugs, Trash, and No Responses Living here has been an absolute nightmare. From day one, the apartment has been infested with bugs, and it only seems to get worse. The building is constantly trashed, with garbage left around common areas, and management does nothing about it. I've tried reaching out multiple times via email to report these issues—bugs, mold, and even safety concerns—but no one ever responds. It’s incredibly frustrating, and the lack of communication is unacceptable. On top of that, mold is growing in several areas, and they refuse to take any action. It’s a health hazard, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Stay far away.

It’s hot as ---- in our apartment and has been for two months because they refuse to come fix the AC and it’s at least 90° every single day. Every time we get up to get ready every time we get up to look for a close every time we get up to shower we’re sweating bullets we can’t even live in our house comfortably and they won’t come send someone to fix it this is probably the millionth review that I’ve left. Who the ---- wants to sweat on Christmas by the way ????

Just moved here about 3 months ago. Just love it.Check em out you won't be disappointed. Prices are fair and staff and managers are always curious and helpful. Nice staff, very friendly and informative, with no delays!

Beautiful LUXURY-style apartments. Apartments are super spacious with great amenities. They are also kept clean and quiet. The staff is always amazing and attentive. Plus being off of 45 you in reach of some of the best food and all shopping Houston has to offer. They have an amazing team to lean on that makes you feel like your speaking more with friends than leasing staff.

I have been looking for my first apartment for over a year that will make me feel comfortable, happy, and safe. Those expectations have been met with Palms on rolling creek! The office staff have been nothing but polite, patient, and informative with my many, many, many questions. I'm happy to now be apart of this community.

The apartments here is really really bad, mostly all the tenants who live here do drugs and are very ------, theres always some shooting in the back or the parking lot at at night, maintenance is very rude and take a long time to fix something and they dont even fix it correctly so you have to call them again. Tenants are very rude and they do not care about the environment they live in, they do not throw their trash in the dumpster and instead throw their trash on the parking lot or outside anywhere. Do not live here!

Don't rent here they are dishonest they will take your money and then try to sue you again. Went to court got the judgement and they are still trying to get more money. They don't like to fix anything, they sewer backs up all the time I was even admitted to the hospital because they won't fix the problem

This entire complex is uninhabitable; trash everywhere and overflowing in the dumpster areas, potholes in all driving areas, filthy amenity areas including all laundry and postal areas, and the swimming pool is GROSS AND DISGUSTING and I bet there is a decomposing body under the aquatic growth formed on the surface. The youth is disrespectful to tenants and seems as if they wake up, find any mischief, eat something out of the nearby dumpster, pretend to go to school or attempt to contribute to the world by smoking crack or anything they think will will sharpen their skills, eat something else out of the dumpster, disrespect ANYONE older than them and gawk at them as if the elder are the reason these same illiterate imbeciles choose to live their life as the skid marks on the underpants of society. If you are desperate and don't have a ton of money to spend on an apartment, The Palms on Rolling Creek is the place. But, if you don't care about your life, don't mind the five-seven year old appliances falling apart, the constant air conditioning issues and the maintenance personnel not fulfilling their jobs, you'll survive longer in a tent purchased from The Academy.

I lived here for a year and hated it.... The cops were in the complex every other week. And that ----- in the front office was horrible. Here kids were bad as well. Once I moved I was told I owed no more money as I pains over $1,000 in deposits. Well now I'm looking for a new apartment and surprise I owe this complex money. But every time I call no one can explian to me why I owe money nor can send me paperwork on it either. Trashy and nasty here !!! Save ur money and u life and don't move here.

Do your self and family a BIG favor and STAY AWAY from here !!!!!
