Im just going to say 7months of hell and my least is up in January i cant wait to move!!!!!

I CURRENTLY LIVE HERE BUT I WISH I WOULD HAVE WENT ONLINE AND READ THE REVIEWS FIRST THAT WOULD HAVE SAVED ME ALOT OF HEADACHE I HAVE NOW. i HAVE EXPERIENCED FIRST MOVING FROM ANOTHER CITY TO HOUSTON AT THIS COMPLEX AND BEING TOLD MY APARTMENT WAS READY,AND WHEN I GET HERE I WAS TOLD BY THE LIEING MANAGER GLORIA THAT MY APARTMENT WASN'T 100% READY,SO I SAID WHY DID'T U SAY THAT BEFORE I CAME INSTEAD OF LIEING,SHE JUST REPLIED I TOLD RAQUEL TO TELL U THE OTHER RUDE IDIOT IN THE OFFICE,I WAS THEN TOLD IT WOULD BE READY BY 12:00 THE FOLLOWING DAY BUT IT WASN'T SO I HAD TO GET A HOTEL FOR 2 DAYS,AS WELL AS KEEP THE UHAUL EXTRA DAYS GETTING EXTRA CHARGES ON MY CARD,WHEN I DID FINALLY MOVE IN THE AIR DIDNT WORK,THE CARPET LOOKED LIKE IT HADN'T BEEN CLEANED IN YEARS JUST LOADED WITH TRASH,THERE WHERE HOLES IN THE WALL,AND MISSING CLOSET DOORS,AS WELL AS WHEN U TAKE I BATH UPSTAIRS THE WATER LEAKED INTO THE KITCHEN,AND THE DOWN STAIRS BATHROOM WAS LEAKING SEWER WATER INTO A NEAR BY CLOSET,I WAS MOVED TO ANOTHER TOWNHOUSE 2 DAYS LATER BUT ITS ROACH AND ANT INFESTED HAS BAD SEWER PROBLEMS IT BACKS UP RIGHT AT YOUR FRONT DOOR,I RECENTLY WOKE UP TO FECUS ON MY FRONT PORCH AT IT TOOK ALMOST A WEEK FOR THEM TO FIX IT,I SIGNED A 6 MONTH LEASE AND IM THINKING ABOUT BREAKING IT CAUSE THIS PLACE IS DISGUSTING,AND DRUG DEALERS EVERYWHERE,AND FOR THE LAST 2 MONTHS I HAVE BEEN WAKEN UP BY CLOSE GUNFIRE IN THIS COMPLEX MANY TIMES,DON'T MOVE HERE GUARANTEE U WILL REGRET IT

DO NOT MOVE HERE! The Palms on Rolling creek is below a 1! They are run down, filthy, sorry excuses for living quarters. Our ceiling literally rained water when we took a shower, none of their maintenance knew how to fix it and mold was already in the townhome when we moved in. None of the doors closed from rotting, splitting wood and you could tell all they did was paint over the old disgusting things the day before they allowed us to move in. Literally before new residents move in, they clean the place maybe a day or two ahead. None of the sinks drain, the ice machine and stove were broken and it was already roach infested. These people could care less about their tenants or their homes. They don't fix anything and all they do is sit on their asses asking for more money. They will tow your car for any reason even if its in your own parking space and Mrs. Gloria, the idiotic landlord doesn't even know where the cars go. They charge a ridiculous rent for a crap place and under no circumstance are they worth any money! The crime is bad, she allows anyone to move in and it's ------ as hell! Please save your self all kinds of troubles. The staff is imbeciles and should not have a job, I am a current tenant and the first chance I get I am getting the hell out of here. Also they have rodents living int he wall and the sewer is spewing out on your front porch at least once a week. DO NOT MOVE HERE!

OK, from the time that I moved in about a year ago.. it has improved.. I must say. However. . There are still major issues that need to be addressed. I live in the VERY back. And for us the only loud thing is the road. Someone did go into the laundry room and robbed the washing machines of the quaters. So now there is not a wash room in the back. US neighbors in the back stick together. . Watch out for each other and such. Another thing the manager can't control is the Crack heads that post up by the fence by the bar. When considering this apartment complex.. just remember what part of town you are in. Somethings can't be controlled by the manager.. tho she has tried and a lot of the non sense has stopped but not all. Just remember. IT USED TO BE WAY WORSE!

It's strictly the management making this place a horrible place to live. They locked all alternate gate, forcing residents to enter/exit through one way, the pool is beautiful, but management keeps its gate locked as well. Her name is Gloria and she obviously hates people, and loves the inflated authority she has as an apartment manager. Quick to evict, threaten, and abuse tenants. Trash piles up fast and furious. The laundry room is a s--t hole, one of three washers have been all we have for more than a year. The management is the worst I have ever experienced, no one has a single good thing to say about her. Do not live here, you will regret it.

It is sad to say that I'm a current resident and recently have gone through managers like white on rice. Until recently we had a young -------- lady in the office seemed she got the ball rolling in fixing things in the community until she left crap HAS NOT been fixed!Management will soon be facing a law suit.

I'm a full time student and work two jobs and honestly its not the best apartments to live in, the parking lot is like driving on moon craters (pot holes) that destroys your vehicles, and there's trash everywhere. 560$ a month is too much for the inconvenience. The maintenance man is lazy, i catch him go carting through the complex all day goofing off to the neighbors who stay home ALL DAY. Sometimes my unit reeks of smoke, and on windy days the window rocks back and forth as if someone was trying to break in. There are drug dealers that reside here and most of all unknown people do loiter in the complex at night, and early in the morning. I cant wait to finish my degree, I'm saving as much money as i can to move out into my first house.

WHAT A NIGHTMARE!!! ONE OF THE BIGGEST MISTAKES!!! I HATE I SIGNED A YEAR LEASE AT THIS PLACE! i wished i would have seen these reviews on here before i moved here, because nothing has changed for the better obviously. Maintenance is horrible, i moved in and nothing was done. Move in date changed 3 times, mind you i had already scheduled my movers to get my stuff and had to keep changing the days and times, A HUGE inconvenience. Got no apology or nothing, then i move in my tub wasn't done, drawers missing lock on the door missing, to top it off my door didn't even have my apartment number on it just a beat up door. I was told no one has lived here for over 2-3 months so what were they doing all this time? definitely not fixing it up. so after move in i had workers in my apartment fixing things while i was moving in still, the said i had to be out the my place for 4 hours while they do the tub REALLY!! When we came back the chemical was sooo strong we could barely breathe, that should of been done a week prior to move in. I could go on and on about this place and i have not been here long at all, which is so sad.... Im still waiting on repairs

Currently staying here and immediately moving after this lease ends! Lived here since 2009 and management has changed multiple times. The most recent ones are terrible and rude. I had to go thru a hot summer without cold water in the showers. Called more than 6 times and they just placed me on a waiting list. Now im currently without hot water. Then my car was towed because they decided to charge for parking when clearly theres no "reserved" sign for reserved parking. The exit gate hasn't been working for over a mnth and they want to charge for all this crap!. This wk I had return from a vacation and my place was broken into and they still haven't fix the broken window. What's worse is a person was shot to death this morning walking home. They didn't even send out a notice to tenants about the crime!! Very horrible place to live for your family or if your single. Dont be fooled by their cheap promotions. Your life is worth much more. Please dont reside here!
