Ive been here for over 2 years, though the children can be obnoxious after school, i havent had any issues since i have been here. I really enjoy the functions the office provides for its tenants and accomadates us in everyway. i feel special from Raquel: a leasing agent to the manager; Mrs. Stacey are great. I really have no issues besides the children and the issue of parking at night... besides that i would recoment my property to anyone..

Please do not move here they don't fix anything since I moved here my mailbox has been broken I've been putting in a order every week to every day and they don't give notices on time at all.. I came home and had a notice saying tomorrow we have to enter your apartment... Tomorrow!! Don't let the nice ppl in front office fool you like they did me. This is not a good place to stay.. Moreover no matter howmclean you keep it roaches will pop up. It's to the point where I have a handy bleach bottle for them.DO NOT MOVE HERE!!

Lame --- place to stay i wouldnt move here i made a mistake movin here thry dont fix ---- they say they will put n a work order but they dont do ---- but when rent due they come and put a notice on ur door they r rude liz and stacey old --- stay away they need to b fired and im pushin for that shame how they run these apts listen to these reviews its all true ill b surprised to hear somethin gd abt them on weekends its a mess trssh overflows and its smells. Bad and they have cameras but dont even work dam shame

I've been at CityView apartment for almost 3 years. My car has been broken into when I lived in Phrase 1 in the back, my boyfriend's car as well. When I went to management and ask if the video cameras worked. They told me the cameras where just up there. They didnt even offer to move me somewhere else. So I decided to move in the front (Phrase 4). My problems in the new apartment is that the ceiling leaks when it rains hard. At one point it use to drip. I have a real knats problem in summer and sometimes roches when new neighbors move downstairs, but i fixed that by covering every hole and vent with screen and tape. Everytime i go to pay rent there are new faces. I know who some people are talking about when they mention that ghettofied manager we had. She was a totally joke and was mean to all of her employees. She told me sit down and i just ignored her and went about my conversation. I have put in numerous work orders for my apartment. They keep promising me it will be fixed. The charges for water, sewer and garbage is outrageous! The parking is sometimes horrible. Trash all around on the weekends. I do thank God I have a place to stay, cause it could be worse. People just want their hardworking money into a nice suitable place to live. Thats all we ask for. Not money-hungry apartments who don't want to fix anything no more.

They would not let us do a walkthrough until the day of move in. Move in's can not start until after4, which they never told us. We spent almost all day with no electric or ac inold apt. in 101 degree weather. I noticed 12 things needing fixed and reported them, some MAJOR! They all said the same we will make a work order....5 days later nothing! I had 1/4 in water all over kitchen, water under kitchen sink, sink clogged, dish washer spewing water out....5 days later nothing! I had to hire someone myself to come ix thier negligence!! The front door is splitting and one lock does not work, exposed nail head s in stairs, loose stairs, no stopper to even take a bath, hole in kitchen wall,stains EVERYWHERE even paint in carpet. Ice maker not working cracked seal at tub floor area. Kids (in diapers) with no diapers on peeing in pool, corn on cob in pool...diapers flung in pool area as well as food...dental flos, yes! No lie!! Dog's off leash dogs shitting in my fron door area, owners not cleaning up after them. Glass in grass areas where there is actual grass and not just dirt... Worst apartment I ver lived in, EVER! Horrible Horrible experiance!!!
