I move to this apartment complex about 5 months n is the best place to leave. the staff are the best they take care of u like family n they so do much.. if u ever need a place to stay come in this will be the beat place to leave.. I already have a friend that move in n she.loves it to ...guys yall are the beat n thanks for every thing ♡♥♡♥♥.

Never move here!! They towed my car 5 times. the heater does not even work! maintenance comes in unexpectly. Some guy got murdered last week. The cops just run in and are always taking people to jail. Roaches are everywhere. Gangsters and thugs are always standing outside. And ants infest the bathroom. The neighbors are so noisy. They let anyone stay here.

Hi! I have been at these apartments for three months now and I like where I live its quiet and clam! It is a good community and the staff is nice! People don't understand that if you go into a place of business you have to go with a good attitude and if something is wrong be firm not rude about it! I was sitting down with a employee and seen a few people come in yelling and being rude! The only thing I have had a problem with is the parking lot it is a little beat up but they have filled potholes and fixed the gates and codes! It is improving! They have been keeping up with the cleanliness of the apartments I have to say there is always someone picking up trash and blowing the unwanted leaves away!

I love living here. The pool is so beautiful. I especially like it because we have a park for my kids.

Hi I have been in these apartments for a year and a half never move to theses apartments the management is horrible they have bad attitudes they never fix anything but always saying they are going to put in a work order when I was 8 months pregnant I called the office everyday to come come and fix the toilet I had to get rude and go over there head for them to cone and fix it the air conditioning is always freezing so you have to call like every month for them too get on the roof and fix it I would never refer anyone here its horrible they worry more about the grass than fixing your apartment and the pools are filthy they never clean them the water is green brown and just gross don't get in it

My husband and I have lived here once before about 5yrs ago and we left not because we had a bad experience but because of the travel distants to our jobs. When we decided to move back to the north side of town we thought about Cityview Place thinking we were going to have the same experience. Never did we think it would have been such a nightmare, such a big mistake. We were convinced that we would not resign another lease. However, during our stay here a new management came to take over and little by little we have seen improvements. The apartments still need work but the new staff has strive to make things better, if things continue this way with no doubt these apartment complex will have a new image. My scoring is not that high because I want to stay honest and but for staff I give 5 stars and this goes based on the assistant manager Chris Halliburton he is really given us all his attention and has made us feel different about the place. He is professional, pleasant, understanding, honest and most importantly he listens and makes things right.

You'll get robbed no matter what phase you live in the roaches will never go away the management does not do work orders and they'll ---- up your rent... never move here please.

Don't waste your time and your money, all the reviews here are all written about a year ago and nothing has changed. Place is still ran the same by the "new" management, there's little to no help getting workorders completed, still a high rate of burglary, my downstairs neighbor murdered in our courtyard. Lots of people have written "you get what you pay for", I don't just pay for the roof over my head, I pay for all the amenities that the complex "offers" not that they actually do what they offer. The security gates only worked for about 2 weeks after I moved in and haven't been fixed in 2 years, pools are never opened or clean, they allow just about anyone to move in. just drive through the parking lot at night and see the crowd that hangs out.

I have live at cityview place Apartments since July of 2011. I can not say it was a great place to like. I have never seen an Apartment complex Managed as bad as this one. First it started off with my refrigorator that never got cold as long as I was there. My food would spoil every 3 days unless I bought food for just for the night. I went into the office every month and complained about this problem no help. Then they told me that they had washers and dryers in the apartments so of course I wanted one. Dryer didnt even dry the clothes. The Roaches got so bad In my apartment It was just unliveable.My bathroom would flood if I did nt turn it off from the wall. Not to mention the burglarys and murders that happen around there. I just really feel like I was cheated out of my money for the time that I was there. The last straw was when a man waas killed not even 50 feet from my front door. He laid there from 10am to about 8pm at night. My kids had to walk threw the complex from school and see this. This apartment complex is not safe and is not a place to raise yyour kids. I just hope that my comment will stop another person from making the same mistake I did.
