I been a resident here for about 4 years. I like it a lot!! It is very convenience since I have stores close, my children are picked up and drop off by the school bus. I have referred my friends here and I got 300 off my rent last year on December which I really liked it. Neighbors always watch for each others, make me feel safe. I enjoy living here!!!

This place is real cool during the summer... You get to meet all kinds of people throughout the year. Management take care of your problems when you post them and they are willing to help you with anything.

I just got into my new apt. it is very clean & everything works like it should! I'm close to the pool that I love to see everyday as I pass by it. Can't wait for the summer to jump in! Thank you Joe & the other for making my 1st. home a happy & safe place. I am very confident if I should ever need you again you all will be there. Thank You Again! Millisa

- The management does not care about your complaints. You have to bug them several time before you get proper response. I don't know what kind of system they are running here.. - Only get proper hot water between 5 am - 7 am. Otherwise, for the most of the day you only get barely warm water.

i have live it these apt. for two years and i have always had a problem with them never fixes anything and knowingly rents out 2 bedroom apts. to people that are letting 10 plus people live in the same apt. i have spoken with other tenants and they all have the same roach problem i do we just cant get rid of them.i am now trying to get out and would recomend that all others do the same.its just not same or clean enough for a family.
