The management sucks, some people only have one or two burners on their stoves that work correctly because the maintenance men do not know what they are doing. The manager let the parking get out of control because they let too many people move into one apartment (for example five people in a one bedroom and then they have three or four cars and only allowed to have two parking permit no permit and car gets towed ). Carmen mention we can park on the visitor but when I call to add more visitor parking to park my car she deny the whole thing and was not supposed to park on visitor to park outside the gate which there is no parking at 6pm. I ask neighbors and confirm Carmen and Ana told them that on the move in. This apartment complex is also infested with roaches, some worse than others depending on how clean you keep your apartment and how often you and your neighbors throw out your trash. I would get my neighbor to buy the bombs and we will do it at the same time cause the take forever to bring someone to exterminate. So if you have nasty neighbors, you will unfortunately have roaches no matter how clean you are. And last but not least, they keep raising the rent every month (last four months they increases my rent $70-80 according to them it’s how much water the building uses and that’s the reason the putting it up and they also were charging for trash which reminded I was already paying for) when they do nothing for it. Whenever you ask them to replace something, you get something old from some one else's apartment or take up to a month to get to your apartment. As you can tell it is not a very nice place to live. You will hardly find any good reviews about this place on any site. Try to avoid it they will put charges on your credit I found out three months later they were charging me

Great I love it here. As long as you mind your business you don't have any issues. Come on now what apartment complex doesn't have issues especially when it's a old complex. Staff is good never any issues. My neighbors are great no issues. This apartment complex is affordable for anyone on a budget. ??

These apartments are a joke, I've had a leaky roof for 4 months now with their *attempts* to fix it, not to mention I had water coming from the wall and floor as well. Parking is ridiculous! No one respects your property. And to top it off people will take things from you! Also police is always on the property for one incident or another! And the group of kids that fight every so often. Roach, mice, and flea infestation. Not to mention all the feral cats running around! You can hear you neighbors all around you. I have a neighbor who's dog barks and whines all hours of the night at times, it's ear wrenching. Sure apartments are somewhat cheap. But you'll find drug paraphernalia such as broken pipe pieces on the ground, not to mention every other building has the smell of marijuana. Have little wanna be gang bangers selling drugs from a Budweiser box. Every two steps you take you'll step on dog ----. So unless you're on a budget I suggest you stay away! But if you're a felon you might have a higher chance of living here! And there sister property is the lake apartments I believe. And for those of you who have issues with breckenridge court apartments here's their corporate number but trust me they won't do anything for you -tel: P.s. mold is an issue

They are below average apartments , it's a very populated area, somewhat ------ and in need of new management. I am a former apartment owner at this location and the management never took care of my issues such a roach infestation, mold and many more. I do not recommend living here with your family.

This place sucks big time. Roaches rats bedbugs the rooms are old and rundown the place has tons of violations. It's very unsafe full of sexual predators and drug dealers. The management are a bunch of low down dirty scumbags. If you complain about anything at all they will get mad at you and try to find something to violate you for and if you complain to much they will try to evict you. I absolutely do not in any way what so ever recommend this place for anybody to live. If you are smart you will take my advice and heed my warning stay the f away from Breckenridge court.

THESE APT complexes are HORRIBLE, TERRIBLE AND WORST OF THE WORST! DO not waste your money applying here. They tow your vehicles even if you park in your designated area. they GET a commission of all vehicles towed from the property. IF YOUR VEHICLE IS TOWED BY THEIR WRECKING COMPANY, MORE LIKELY YOU WILL END UP PAYING $208.80 and run you around with that and have you pick up vehicle on Clay Rd and Brittmore. THEY CARE LESS THAT YOU LIVE THERE. APARTMENTS ARE NOT IN THEIR BEST CONDITION FOR ANYONE TO LIVE THERE. IF YOU HAVE KIDS, YOUR KIDS MORE LIKELY WILL GET SICK LIVING THERE. THE NEAREST SCHOOL IS WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE, BUT THE PATHWAY TO THE SCHOOL DOES NOT EVEN HAVE A PATHWAY TO GET THERE. APARTMENTS ARE TOO OLD, DANGEROUS, AND NOT FAVORABLE CONDITION. THE OUTSIDE AREA OF THE APARTMENTS ARE ON THE WORST OF THE WORST...... MANAGEMENT IS THERE IN THE OFFICE JUST TO SEE WHOSE NEXT VICTIM TO PREY ON TO . STAY AWAY FROM THESE PROPERTIES. YOUR VISITORS WILL HAVE TO PARK ON THE STREET AND THEY "ONLY" HAVE TOTAL 10 VISITOR PARKINGS FOR THE WHOLE APARTMENT COMPLEX. THE APT COMPLEX HAS ABOUT 15 BUILDINGS AND 10 VISITOR PARKING SPOTS ARE NOT EVEN ENOUGH FOR THE VISITOR THERE. VISITOR PARKING SPOTS ARE FIRST COME FIRST SERVED. THEY DO NOT CARE IF THEY TOW YOUR CAR IN THE AFTERNOON. I HAVE SEEN CARS TOWED AROUND 2:00PM, 4PM, EVEN WORSE AT NIGHTTIME........ THE GUY WHO DOES THE TOWING WORK HIDE HIS WRECKING TRUCK TOWARD THE ENTRANCE OF THE APARTMENT'S COMPLEX AND THEN START WALKING AROUND TO SEE WHO DOES NOT HAVE A GREEN STICKER IN THE WINDSHIELD. THESE APT COMPLEXES ARE REAL THIEVES AND THEY WILL NOT FORGIVE ANYONE. THAT IS HOW THEY MAKE THE MONEY FOR THE APT COMPLEX. BEWARE OF THESE THIEVES! SAVE YOURSELF FROM TROUBLE! Horrible place to live!! Do not reccomend if you have family or small children to live here. Safety is a big concern here. They tow a lot of vehicles here even if you park at your designated area. I literally enter saw a drug bust happen when i got my groceries in the morning. The only reason why i stayed here so long was because of my dog. We couldn't find a place that allowed his breed, so thats why i stayed. The management here is rude and do not help you with any concern you have. The maintenance workers help with what they know,and management do not give them the correct order to fix when they came to my home.They fix things that are not important like cutting the trees and picking up trash in the parking lot

This apartment complex is terrible!! I dont know where to start. The parking is horrible. The appartment staff is VERY rude and they dont care about what you have to say. Every night if i walk onto my front porch all I smell is weed. If something needs to be fixed in the apartment you better fix it your self. Its pointless to ask the apartments. Roachs crawl out of light sockets. Half of the light sockets dont work. You have to have lamps for the bedroom and living room im some of the apartments. There is drugs in alot of the apartments. The dumpster is always full and stinks. There was a guy selling girls to other men in the apartments. Theres a guy who is always yelling and cussing at a girl late at night. Teenagers break into cars in the middle of the night. The entry gate is never closed and the entry gate you walk threw doesnt work. The pool is green most of the time and only the front pool has pool furniture the other pool only has a table with benches around the table!! The onsite laundry matt is closed at 10 so i hope you don't work all day and get home late. I wouldn't recommend these apartments to anyone.. the apartments staff are liars and rude.

I would like to start of first by saying that this is by far the worst renting experience I've ever had. That being said, I will list off the many reasons why any responsible and logical renter should avoid this death trap at all costs! The front office: Hopefully your spanish is good because that's the only language they understand. Also, don't expect any kindness or concern from the management, you will mainly be met with hostility and threats of eviction when you have any general maintenance issues and guaranteed you will have these issues. There seems to be more business in towing/evicting/arresting the tenants here than there is in actually renting. So enjoy being watched like a criminal 24/7 and harassed by multiple security guards and police... The list of signs on the front gate state many rules and they are enforced fully...however, the gate itself stays open at all times!!! allowing any criminals in and out as they please. Why even have the gate with a password when it's just open every day and every night? Maintenance: The crew here is very friendly however their methods of fixing any of your dilapidated appliances and furnishings (from the 1980's) are quite pathetic. By saying so, I mean they slap a cheap coat of white paint on EVERYTHING, even hang nails and rotting holes in the corners and ceilings are merely covered as if they were in some sort of hurry hours before you moved in.. also the poorly sealed window panels and door frames allow your air conditioning bill to sky rocket and they will do nothing about it...even when you call numerous times...alot... nothing will be done. It took them over 3 months to replace my stove after 3 out of the 4 burners completely stopped working. I had to use the smallest working burner to cook for months after calling numerous times and months in advance!! And that's just the beginning, the carpet is another sad job gone wrong and probably done in record time like the poor paint job. It is already coming up in every corner and the staircase is the worst. Hope you wear shoes at all times due to the staples and nails sticking out of the carpet every step up the staircase. I'm sure you could do some research on the people they have hired to "maintain" these apartments and not one of them would have any official record or credible resume to assure a good job is done on an apartment that is being rented to any unsuspecting renter. One more epic fail is the cabinets. I mean every single one is made of cheap soggy particle board. They all seemed to have been built at a slanted angle and none of the doors shut properly, allowing anything to crawl in and out. One good job that is done by the maintenance crew is the daily trash pick up from all the disgusting renters who can't make it half way to the over flowing dumpsters. The trash problem was so bad that the adjacent neighborhood commissioned a new fence to be built, blocking the eye sore from their safe houses. That fence is the only thing I've seen renovated in the year and half I've lived here..and as of June, 2013 they have decided to raise the rent! AMAZING! Grounds keeping: The only thing that makes this place look like it's worth a shot at renting is the landscaping. The Tuesday crew that mows/trims/bags etc is the only efficient and consistent factor to this horribly managed complex. They do a great job at polishing the turd that is Breckenridge Court Apartments... The pools are cleaned by one person on a random basis and expect to swim in a green pool filled with rocks/shoes/trash etc as opposed to the usual blue pools seen in the pictures. There's a tennis court!!! oh but wait, where are the tennis nets? Oh, there are none you say?! well lets just turn it into a big green square for all the kids to congregate and litter in and surround it with a huge chain link fence to make it like like a juvenile detention center! HURRAY!!! but still advertise to future renters as a tennis court.. Keep in mind I am a huge animal lover and a proud owner of 3 cats and a dog. HOWEVER, there is a huge plague of cats that can be found in every bush and around every corner in every area of the complex and nothing is done about it. It is not an uncommon sight to see people throwing out pots and pans of rice/bones/or other scraps to feed the frenzy of sick or pregnant felines that are covered in fleas and mange. Lastly, I have never been arrested nor do I have a criminal record or tickets in my name in any state. But after moving here and being surrounded with the ambient sounds of frequent gunfire and police sirens or people honking their horns at 6am to round up the work crew, I have been stopped while taking out trash/walking dog/simply grilling outside or sitting on my porch by the security and sheriff! The second you move in here you are labeled as a criminal and the worst part is that this complex is full of them. Just last month we were hit by car thieves who stole honda civics and then a group of young -------- teenagers were arrested for a break in spree stealing tv's and hospitalizing a woman in the process by beating her in front of her disabled husband!! My own car was even towed right out of my parking spot directly in front of my apartment! They claimed my parking sticker was not in plain view and I was stuck with the bill :) They will literally tow you or any family with in minutes and they don't even have a labeled visitor parking lot so guests fall for the trap and get towed instantly. It's a scam and the front office knows it. Needless to say, we are moving and my lease is up and I couldn't be happier!

Worst apartments ever. Drug deals in the parking lot every night, and cops constantly at the apartments. Not to mention the office staff are rude, and don't seem to care about the residents at all. The parking was the worst, and I never felt safe having to walk to my apartment. People would actually sleep in the laundry room at night. Don't bother calling if something breaks because chances are it's not going to get fixed!
