The Parker is a very nice community with luxury apartment homes, however, security is lacking in the community. My vehicle was stolen out of the parking garage and I found out there are no security cameras in the parking garage or staircases of the community.

Update: the manager, Jennifer Ramos, is great. Asking for the manager is typically something I only do when an issue goes unresolved for a while, but when I spoke with Jennifer directly everything was taken care of in a hurry. Lesson learned. The biggest pro for The Parker besides her is that the grounds and common areas are immaculate. I am a bit of a neat freak so this goes a long way with me. Noise, as in most wood-frame apartments, depends on your neighbors more than the building - mine have been courteous so far.

I love it here! The staff is great and the complex is very livable. Friendly neighbors! I would recommend anyone to live here! Its a little pricy but for the area very affordable. My little home sweet home. Gotta see to believe!

Have only been a resident for a few weeks but overall it has been a great experience to date. The apartments was in excellent condition when i moved in, the grounds and facilities of the complex are well maintained, and the staff has been friendly and responsive.

Helped my friend's daughter look for a place in Houston. The Parker is brand new and is gorgeous. The staffs are helpful in addressing all her questions, and made the process extremely easy. I am sure she will be happy with the move. Highly recommend.
