Lived here a little over a year. Last night the residents had 10+ cars BROKEN INTO (two of my own), considering just three months ago there was a vehicle STOLEN right outside of building two and TIRES stolen off of multiple residents' vehicles a few months prior to that, the management has handled every situation extremely poor. They have yet to bump up security. No urge to do so as well. They have one security camera at each garage opening, which does no justice. Supposedly, we have a property officer that is never nowhere to be found. The only time we hear from him is after the crime has taken place. I have expressed my concerns on the security and my safety (so has many other residents), and one of the management staff nonchalantly blamed it on the City of Houston and it's crime rate, and that it "just happens." The amount of money we pay at this property is ridiculous for this much crime to be taking place repeatedly with no sort of improvement. Very disappointed and disgusted.

My experience with the staff and the complex in general have been excellent. The staff is very responsive, I appreciate you; Rachel Craddock, Blane and Sydney for such a fine job getting me situated with all the Houston utilities and the associated activities. My apartment was in perfect condition when I moved in. I am enjoying the work out center and the pool very much. Overall great environment and people. I highly recommend checking it out.

My husband and I are both newly retired and love living at The Parker. The proximity to memorial park where I can walk and he can golf is great! We also like the spaciousness of our two bedroom the big gym and pool are also a plus!

Do not let the appearance fool you, this place is AWFUL!!!! A total nightmare apartment community. I have lived here almost a year. In that time, I have seen SEVEN different maintenance teams, FOUR different property managers and total management team change from Greystar to Morgan Group. This place is not cheap, yet everything about it is. The amenity and public spaces are downright filthy and not cleaned on a regular basis. There’s constantly noise issues and the hallways smell like weed all the time. None of the smoke alarms work so they turned them off because they were going off non stop, they said they got too much debris during construction. No hot water!!!! For days we had no hot water. Like what kind of third world country place are we living and paying a fortune for?!?? The gate for the garage was missing for over a month literally allowing anyone to come and access your vehicle because it’s not secure at all. You can hear EVERYTHING!!!! walls are paper thin. You can literally hear your neighbors talking and having sex, people in the hallways from inside your unit and people on the street below (several floors up) inside your apartment with windows and door closed. Its a great location but there’s WAY too many other options in the area that are maintained and don’t have a ton of sketchy neighbors **UPDATE** Management (Morgan Group) says the pool is closed down for “maintenance” ... a total lie! The City of Houston Health Department shut it down because it was absolutely disgusting with green water and algae. Paying $2k a month to live in a community where amenities are a literal health hazard because they are so filthy... during a pandemic nonetheless

This apartment is not worth the money and struggles to keep a good management team. You can hear noises from all the neighbors and hallway. The comments that are heard around the apartment is “I can’t wait to get out.”

Pretty building and amenities but lacks in thoughtful design in the apartments (light switches behind doors?). There is no noise control, you can hear your upstairs neighbors, your next door neighbors, and all the noises in the halls.

I've been living here for a month. Touring the property seemed nice, but there's been issues since. 1. Staff hardly responds to emails or answer phone calls. 2. My washer and dryer doesn't work and has yet to be fixed even after constant communication to management. 3. Kitchen sink doesn't have water pressure and has yet to be fixed. 4. Noisy neighbors still noisy also after asking to bring down noise. I wouldn't move here again.

very poorly built building. only one elevator. things often breaking despite being brand new. What happens when you don't spend money. Would not recommend to anyone. Also poorly managed. Given influx of new apartments look somewhere else

Friendly staff. Great amenities and safe neighborhood. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for an upscale experience close to a boutique hotel. Great area close to memorial park with lots of options for outings

I had a number of issues moving due to carelessness. Really left a bad taste in my mouth. Sabrina and Jennifer have been helpful. Hopefully things will get better going forward. As of right now my first couple of weeks have not been a good experience.
