This is the BEST apartment. I've been here since they opened. Move here, you will love it. Blaine and Rachel are wonderful staff. Everyone who lives here is friendly. The building is built properly. Quick walk to Memorial Park. Great neighborhood with easy street parking for visitors. Highly recommend.

We have been here for over a year and just resigned our lease. The pool is beautiful and it doesn’t get rowdy on the weekends. Maintenance is on top of every request we have made, (we have had very minor issues) I would recommend this place to anyone looking to live in Rice Military.

First let me start with the leasing staff, they have been phenomenal in making us feel welcome, answering any questions, and just being great humans. I've never experienced a more friendly helpful management staff! The facilities themselves are top notch, with state of the art amenities, great parking, and high quality in every aspect. My wife and I are very happy and enjoy living here, at The Parker at the Park.

I love living here. I’ve moved in recently and Everything about the parker is great! It’s so close to everything in the city, the amenities are beautiful and kept clean, and to top it all off the staff is great. Maintenance always shows up immediately and the office staff is very helpful and kind. Blain has been such a great help from when I first toured to when I moved in. I can definitely see myself here for awhile.

Just did a tour here and signed the application right away. Blaine did a fantastic job of showing me the facility. And I did not want to miss out the apartment. This is a beautiful place and a great location. Excited to move in to my new apartment.

I’ve been a resident at the Parker for almost 2 years and overall I’ve enjoyed my time here. I renewed my lease after the first year due to the small community, proximity to Memorial Park, and the pool.

I have been living at The Parker for several months now and love it. The location is perfect, building amenities are luxe and the apartments feel very nice with quality fixtures and appliances. Most importantly, the management is GREAT and very attentive to residents. I love that it is not as huge as some of the comparable complexes so I feel like I am well taken care of. It is very dog friendly and all residents have been nice. All friends and family of mine that have visited have been very impressed too! 5 stars!

Had a good experience with Mercedes. Was very informative. Would recommend others to check out the place. I like the area for the location close to Memorial park as that allows tenants to have quick access to the awesome outdoor amenities houston has to offer

It’s been about a week since we’ve moved in. I must say i’m still in love with it since the day i came for my tour. The staff here are wonderful. the decor is amazing and the amenities are 24 hours how can you beat that !!!!

I like this place. Great location, friendly staff, quick maintenance turn around. I haven’t been here too long (30/40 days) but I haven’t had any major problems in my time here. It’s surprisingly quiet at night even with it being close to Washington Ave.
