Nuisance On Property
On Thursday a private contractor was excavating in an open ditch and broke a main water line. Water has been running down Crestwood like a RIVER since Thursday.Also, there was no evidence (like flags or spray paint) that they called for utility markings before they started digging.The actual building permit is listed as 16A Crestwood Drive 77007.I have attached a photo but the broken line is behind the trucks you see in the photo next to the big white house which is 16 Crestwood. 16 and 16A are

I would like to report a residence at 16 Crestwood Drive, Houston, Texas 77007 that always puts their garbage cans out for pickup earlier than 6:00 p.m. Sunday for Monday pickup.

311 Email request:dumpster that is sitting on the construction site at 16 Crestwood Drive, Houston, 77007. The dumpster is in the City of Houston right-of-way. The builder has put a fence between the dumpster and the street to try and hide this violation. I am attaching a photo to attempt to show you what I am talking about - it is hard to get a good angle to demonstrate what is going on.

16 Crestwood Drive 77007 (south of Memorial Drive) is under construction. They do not have the address posted. Also the contractor is leaving the water on at the meter 24/7 and it runs down the street w24/7 leaving mud in the road and saturating adjoining properties yards full of war and mud.
