We came from out of town to check this apartment. There's only one people in the office & he was busy asking us to come back. So we checked their website for floor plans, availability & prices. The third time we came back & he was finally available for tour & Q/A. He gave us the quote & availability what we were looking for. We submitted the application the next day. Then, we got the call that the lease price was increased by $600. The excuse was the computer error & they can't honor the quote price. It's a scam & wasted our time.

We've been living at AtWater Apartment Clear Lake with our two children and are very happy here. The community is quiet, the facilities are new and well-maintained, and it feels very safe within the premises. A great place for families!

This is a modern community with a green space area and a dog park. The pool and residents lounge area is amazing! there is plenty of room to relax and there are multiple wading pools to use. There is a business center to print documents with two closed door areas for conducting business if you work from home. I am truly impressed. They have attached and unattached garages along with assigned parking areas. I am comfortable here which is what matters most. Oh, because I have a first floor apartment I have a yard!

I found it to be a very quiet and pleasant environment. The common areas are bright and spacious, and I felt I could live comfortably there. I am also interested in the community events. The fact that many families seemed to be enjoying this community was another point in its favor.

The buildings and amenities are pretty new and in good condition. The mailroom gets over packed regularly during the holiday season and any other gifting holidays. Even if it's a "non smoking" community you still smell cigarettes or marijuana in some hallways and stairways

This is such a loving, friendly community to be at! Everyone is so welcoming and the leasing agents are so sweet! I love all the features this community has to offer! I knew I was ready to be in this community once I went on my tour with Mariah!

My experience since moving here has been excellent. It is a safe place, and I have never had any issues with the apartment or the condominium's facilities. The staff members have always been very attentive and helpful, promptly assisting me whenever needed ? especially considering that I moved here from another country. The condominium's structure and amenities are excellent. I have no complaints, only positive feedback, and I am very satisfied with my choice to move to Atwater.

I dob'y havr any pets, but I think there are pet friendly apartment.Some of staff are very friendly and kind.There are many event and goodie.I love coffee machine.It's very useful and best amenity for me.

They won't show you an apartment or tell you anything about the community or amenities if you don't show up appearing on the "wealthier" side. The experience left a bad impression so I will not be returning or recommending this place to anyone.

I love living here! From moving here in 2022 until now, this has been one of the best places to live. Amenities, surroundings, caring and committed staff?what more could you ask for! Keep up the awesome and professional job!
