I previously lived at The Atwater for almost two years and had a great experience, which is why I chose to move back again. The community has a comfortable, welcoming vibe, and the apartments are well maintained. The leasing team has been helpful and transparent throughout the process, and the overall value compared to nearby communities really stood out to me. I'm happy with my decision to return and would recommend this community to others looking in the area.

Nice, but surprised with how many issues I keep needing to be fixed by maintenance one after the other. Some times I stretch out my work orders because I don't like strangers in my apartment regardless if I here or not. Also wish the parking lot was lit up a little more and there was security cameras in the parking lot and stairwells so I'd feel safer when going from my car to my apartment when it's dark.

My fridge was broken, I put in a request, maintenance was there the next day to check on things. They said I needed a new fridge and ordered one that day. I had a new fridge like 2 days later. Very nice guys, worked super fast and cleaned everything afterwards.

Very welcoming and family community. Management runs it very well and it's clean and quiet. We have been here for almost 4 years and we really enjoy living here. The apartments are I a good area with access to restaurants and parks but still away from the hustle and bustle. Great community to live in.

Living at The Atwater has been nothing short of amazing. From day one, the staff has been unbelievably friendly, helpful, and professional. You can truly tell they care about the residents and always go above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. Maintenance is fast, efficient, and always respectful. Any time I've submitted a request, it's been handled quickly and with great communication. The community itself is full of the nicest people. The residents are welcoming, kind, and truly make this place feel like home. It's rare to find an apartment complex where everyone from the office staff, to maintenance, to the neighbor, creates such a positive and supportive environment. I honestly can't recommend The Atwater enough. If you're looking for a place that's clean, safe, beautiful, and filled with wonderful people, this is the place to be. I'm so grateful to call it home!

Front office staff is efficient, and lovely. The community is quite and well kept, plenty of amenities'. UHCL is right across the street; perfect spot for any college student looking for upscale living.

prompt, efficient service. Maintenance came and repaired our air conditioning unit. a motor was out in our air conditioner, the maintenance members were kind and efficient and were knowledgeable in the necessary repair.

This is an upscale community. Great responsive staff and management. Quiet and like new apartments. Gym, pool. Business center and a good package handling. Rent is reasonable especially with the incentive. Great neighborhood and close to shops.

Best community I've ever lived at the staff is phenomenal and the neighbors are extremely friendly huge sense of community here at the Atwater. It feels extremely safe and it's in a very good area. The maintenance staff is great as well and the property is always so well kept Best apartment complex around!

Good except for this survey that won't let me submit. Too many non residents at the pool. The guy that runs his motorcycle infront of building 6 needs to stop. He's very rude. Grounds crew should not be allowed to work on Saturdays. I go to MED center M-F and I can never sleep in on 1 of 2 days off.
