So far this apartment is great. I love the location it's in. Very laid back community. The special they gave me for the first month was awesome. Any type of questions or concerns you may have, they're here to assist.

I am a current resident here. I have reported this concern to the onsite officer and nothing has been done sent emails to staff. Theres a guy who sells drugs out of his garage D4 all day and night and then has traffic him and his friends hangout at night and makes it very scary to even get out of our cars. There have been times when he and his girlfriend fight in the garage get into screaming matches and nothing is done. TO TOP IT OFF ITS TOO DARK OUT THERE. NOT ONLY THAT THE TRASH IS OUT OF HAND! CLEAN IT UP

I worked with Jeanette as well as Angie they were very understanding during this whole COVID-19 they helped me in every step of the way! Everything was just as perfect as described! I couldn't be more happier with my choice! AMAZING STAFF!!

The community is very well kept and the staff was very nice and helpful. The property is located conveniently accessible to Hwy 90 and Beltway 8, I love how the gates are always working that helps keep outside guests from getting in and using the community amenities.

It's great nice apartment spacious no towing can park anywhere new and updated appliances clean everything is accessible numerous parking spaces pretty quiet atmosphere big apartments nice stoves okay.
