A good place to live! It's clean, safe, very well lit. The maintenance staff are very friendly, just like those of the office staff! Recommended.e lived here for 7 years and very comfortable state!!!.

I have lived here for more than 13 years now, and have always been favorably impressed with the office staff and maintenance staff. During several hurricanes, my building has never flooded or been damaged by severe weather. The complex is usually quiet, which I appreciate.

The manager is great. She handles any and all my issues I might have with professionalism. She takes care of any concerns I have promptly. The properties been getting great care tree trimming etc. LOOKS GREAT!

Very nice place to live. Changed staff several times since I've lived here and each time they are always helpful and listen to the needs and concerns of the residents. Emily always treat residents with the upmost respect and take the time out to go above and beyond to take care of any issues I have.

Very quiet neighborhood. No roaches or creepy stray cats. I love how fast my maintenance request are fulfilled although there's rarely anything wrong. I plan on living here for a few more years . I'm almost a year in. Hope this was helpful ! My best regards
