The apartment is very nice. Apartment is updated. The price is very reasonable. The office staff is amazing. The community is very quiet. I would recommend these apartments to my friends. I really like it here.

Experience has been okay staying here. It's just that the parking is horrible. That's my major complaint since I'm a single mom and sometimes have to work late. Parking is pretty much filled by 7pm so it's like a race to get here and get a space if you don't wanna park 3 miles away and have to walk in the dark.

The community is good great neighbors but the apartment are expensive and I don't have no upgrade appliances they want me to pay out of pocket to get new carpet yet I been there over 4 years they don't even use the same product or paint that is in my apt so why charge me the same as people with upgraded appliances

Live here almost more then 15 years, never have any kind of problem in the apartment, whenever service needs, maintenance will be done same say, store asset manager Melanie is a great and very professional. So do Apartment Super Maintenance man Miguel. Thank you

I was looking for a quiet, pet and family friendly community close to work. The staff was friendly but did not communicate or follow up for my lease once I had started the process, and while I was promised my apartment would be cleaned again to get rid of dead bugs and sticky grime it was never done or was I reached back out to. The apartment complex itself is quiet but dirty. Dumpsters overflow and smell, residents allow their animals to use the bathroom and then do not pick up after them. Otherwise it is a perfect fit for quiet and friendly.

It's great. It's quiet and the neighbors are friendly. My dogs love it. The staff were great, and when I do need something repaired they are quick to do so. Sofar my experience is very good. Parking is also great

I have been living here for 2 years now, have no complaints it is a quiet community and maintenance is spot on. The ladies in the office are very helpful as well and help with you with what is needed.

Great first year and half of second year then well the neighbors were horrible but the moved but people walking through our building taking trash won't pick their trash up. My front door needs to be replaced or painted and I've asked since i been here can something be laid so the bugs can stop coming in under the door.
