I used to live in that place and the bed bugs were coming from the neighbors. we had to moved out. I hope they solved that problem!

Who ever writes a good review about this place is a liar!!!!! If you report that something is broken it could even take 6 months or a year to fix...Not a lie. Oh pay you rent on time because they will take you to court. I wish I could take them to court each time i reported something and they did not reported immediately..These ------- at the leasing office are worth ----..the carpet is like 10 yrs old...not a good place..parking sucks sometimes I get out work late and I have to park on the side of the street. NOT SAFE!!!!

I couldnt wait till lease was up when I was living there. They dnt care about you. It always looks trashy, dumpsters are full of trash, you can never finf a damn parking space, and if you do, its like 2 blocks away. Car port should be free, my car Got towed because I oarked under neath it because sometimes there is absolutly no parking space. All your Gona do is go in circles trying to find a space. Also they dnt give u ur deposit back. Touch luck, they'LL find a way to keep it charinging you extreme prices so u wouldnt get nothing back. They charged me 95 dollars for vacumn cleaning, that what um talking about. Bad place to give, would not move back ever.

I have lived in the Stonehaven Apts now for 13 nearly 14 mos, we have had a property management change I really feel it has been the best thing for all as far as I can see. I particularly appreciate the friendliness, the attention to the work orders when placed, the turn around time and the great positive spirit, one particular leasing agent named Stephanie shows all tenants. She is profiecent as well as professional. She needs a financial reward bonus or promotion for her hardwork.

You can't chose your own cable provider. You can't barbecue on your own patio. Children are a bit out of control after work hours. Rent is way too expensive. Stay away!!
