now we dont have cable ...they just cut us off..and gave us two options and att must not know this is a government housing site...no one wants to come to our apartment complex...we are stuck out..how horrible during holidays to just dump us..the owner doesnt care at all...im so disappointed..the thugs,the roaches, the theft..the only release was cable..all this money being collected...i am going to report the owner immediately. I will break my lease and so are 15 other units all at once..

Wow.who want to be screwed any n everyone that lives here unless u like to be talked to like a dog cause your not treated with respect all all once you are locked in. THUGS THUGS THUGS AN MORE THUGS MY motorbike was stolen an they said wait till Monday an they can review the cameras we waited then they told us they dnt have time to check the tape so I could find the plates to turn in to the police they said it wasn't their problem now they let me stay got ready to parent then they said u got to move cause we are problems there why are we now we live there for over 2 1/2 yrs. No wonder the good people are moved out the head manager only likes her on kind (-------) is her name just so u know things has been stolen from my home n truck and this happen when my friends wheels were stolen an this happen wen new management took over . They close the pool for lessons then after ward they said pool is closed for good cause they can't afford to keep it cleanif so why have a pool if u can't afford the bill. Now the parking is a living nightmare I have to park either outside the Gate or the other side of complex unless u get a garage or carport and the car port dnt help cause side will scratch your ride put dents in it.all these things seems like it started happening when ------- took over.talking abt noise omg I think a nightclub isn't as loud as they are. I've seen fights break out an management even knows them an not even boot them wow it must be new management thugs grinds cause this never happen until new staff so before you go an talk to them save some time gas anenergy go elsewhere trust me your body an stress counts on it

I HAVE LIVED AT STONEHAVEN FOR 2YRS.AND I DON'T HAVE ANY COMPLAINTS WITH THE APARTMENT STAFF.THEY HAVE ALWAYS TRIED TO HELP AND HAVE DONE ALL WORKORDERS I CALL IN FOR.I HAVE NEIBGHORS THAT LIVE BY ME THAT HAVE BEEN HERE LONGER THAN I HAVE AND LIKE THE PEOPLE IN OFFICE AND THE MAINTENCE MEN.I CAN'T COMPLAIM ABOUT THEM BC MY EXPERIENCE HAS NOT BEEN BAD.

I was looking some better place to live but this is roaches infest nasty place!

I have been a resident at Stonehaven for 3 years. I am going to give you a FULL honest assessment of my experience here in order to prepare you for what you will be dealing with IF you move here. The first year was OUTSTANDING, until a new management company took over. Firstly, while on Christmas vacation, my car was towed under the "assumption" it was inoperable. My car is BRAND new and LOOKS brand new. I was forced to pay over $300 dollars and was not given so much as an apology notice. The new staff are friendly but clearly not efficient or knowledgeable. They had my car plates ON FILE and did not make ANY attempt to contact me. The "neighbors" are less than neighborly. The complex turned from a family friendly environment to one now teeming with thugs. I had neighbors doing drugs in the apartment below me, and blasting obscene rap music at full volume during late hours at night, so much it quite literally SHOOK the walls. Also, if you plan on living here I would recommend you DO NOT go out at night even so much as take out the trash...I have been hounded by thugs of all ages trying to "pick me up" even despite SEEING me with my boyfriend. There is NO SECURITY here. Anyone can access the complex despite the "gates". The pedestrian access gates in the front and back are NOT locked. Secondly, any car can "piggyback" through the driveway gate. While functional, it takes a good deal of time to close and will NOT close if there are cars behind other cars driving in. There are NO security officers like there used to be. While home several months ago, thieves broke into the apartment on the bottom floor below me, DURING BROAD DAYLIGHT. There have been MULTIPLE car break ins and apartment break ins consecutively and regularly, management was kind enough to leave multiple notes of incidents. As for more about the complex, ROACHES ROACHES ROACHES, no matter HOW much you clean you CAN'T be rid of them. Pest control HAS NOT shown up when notified several times, leaving me some weeks without treatment, and of course the bugs multiply quickly (in fact I'm looking at a rather large one on my wall now). Let me see, oh yes, the "laundry" facility and pool area. Good luck finding a washer that works, I went once to find them full of wood chips because parents let their kids play in the laundry facility like a playhouse (don't let the locks fool you- kids claim they are going for a soda with their parents key because there is a vending machine inside, thus getting access). The laundry room has been vandalized many times. If you want a quiet pool area, forget it. I suggest you use it during the day when kids are at school, otherwise it is full of teens and children 24/7 during summer vacation, and is not very large pool space. Maintenance has improved over the last year, the two men are very nice and respectful and seem to know what they are doing. Finally, the worst of my woes here at Roachhaven, is the noise. The complex is RIGHT NEXT to a railroad track, intersection of TWO MAJOR highways, and bus station. IT IS NOT AT ALL QUIET! Fortunately I have not heard much of my neighbors' discussions, however the transit environment makes it VERY NOISY...good luck sleeping, unless you like noise to help you sleep. I have nothing good to say with the exception that Stonehaven is affordable and has good working appliances and good maintenance. Honestly, I would not rent here if you can afford something else, especially if you have kids. The bad has definitely outweighed the good and I am happy about my move away from this place. I hope this review helps somebody make a good decision.

I have been a resident here for 2yrs (we stayed this long for financial reasons) and i absolutely HATE these apartments. We have new management and I beleive they try their best but friendly staff just can't make up for all the issues here. First our carpets started coming up within the first few months of living here, the problem was "fixed" and as of today they are coming up again. Second since i've lived here my AC has gone out at least one a month! sometimes more! The cheap flooring is coming in kitchen and bathrooms as well. Parking is a nightmare. Gates are always broken. ROACHES!!! omg it doesn't matter how much i clean and scrub they never go away. its like they just go from unit to unit and the -------- "exterminating" the office provides is just that. --------!! Break ins both cars/apartments. No security. I will admitt there are worse places to live but I am just so unhappy here. God willing we will find somewhere new before our lease is up.

I have been here for almost a year now and I am about to move. Not because I am unhappy with the level of service I have received but because my job is relocating me across town. I have never personaly experianced any rudeness or any maintenance. In fact all my request have been the same day I called in except for one and they came the next morning. My only complaint is that the bedroom in my apartment could be a little bit larger but that has nothing to do with the staff. If I wasn't being promoted, I would not have any reason to leave. I have lived places with poor maintenace were nothing ever gets fixed and you have sewer backing up in your apartments not to mention roarch problems. For the price and the location I think its not so bad.

Dont go here their maintance crew will walk in when u are busy with your spouseand door lock .whrn you complain to the office they will call u lair and say threr is nothing they can do anything about it so watch out there is better and more more respectfull apartments elsr where.

NOW THERE ARE MORE CAR BREAKINS AND NO SECURITY STILL EXISTS..I SAID NEW STAFF WAS DOING THERE BEST I TAKE THAT BACK..THEY ARE UNMOTIVATED..IGNORANT...UNPROFESSIONAL..THEY DONT REALLY WANT TO HELP YOU THEY DONT WANT TO BE BOTHERED...THEY JUST OFFERED US FREE CABLE WHO CARES THE THUGS WERE CUTTING ON ALL THE SYSTEMS ANYWAY..ONE HAND DOESNT KNOW WHAT THE OTHER IS DOING..SOMEONE IS ALWAYS "UNAVAILABLE"..MY LEASE IS FINALLY UP GOOD BYE JUNK HAVEN..I FEEL SORRY FOR THE PEOPLE THAT CANT GET ANY HELP FROM THEM. THERE ARE ALOT OF SINGLE MOMS LIVING THERE AND THEY DONT GIVE A DAMN..ABOUT PROTECTION OR HELPING THEM..AND THEY ARE THE ONES WHO PAY THERE RENT ON TIME...GO DOWN JONES ROAD BEAUTIFUL PLACES AND AROUND THE BELTWAY THEY COST THE SAME, BUT THESE PEOPLE GO ABOVE AND BEYOND...THANK GOD LEASES COME TO AN END!!!!!!!!GOOD BYE STICKY FEET FROM CHEAP GLUE. NO MORE ROACHES OR THUGS. This is ridiculous..people are outside all night smoking weed, drinking beer(literally all night),there is a state trooper that parks his car everywhere.as if to deter them.last night THEY were sitting on his patrol car,drinking beer.(letting him know they think he is a joke)..trash everywhere...on 8/23/11 there were gunshots...this is how ------ its getting instead of running to their homes, they run toward the gunshot sounds..how dumb is that..the workout room is deplorable. Kids dribbling balls inside the apartment buildings...arent they suppose to be inside by 9pm curfew...the apartments are falling apart..the floor tiles are coming up because of cheap glue..you can use pesticides all day long the roaches wont go away..the dishwashers are cheap and flood the apartments..Now they just letting anybody move in...there are some people who rent the apartment but an entirely different family is living there or they get the apartment and more people move in..the pool is green...WHERE IS THE SECURITY WE HAD!!!! go to building six and five there is a group of hoodlums and a party every night. People jumping fences..There have been multiple breakins either and apartment or car.What a dump...cant wait to leave as all the other good tenants will do. Stonehaven, I think not, more like Thughaven. They cant even keep the fountains working in front..the remotes dont work to open gates anymore..so now EVERYBODY got a code to let ANYBODY in. The people in the office are nice..but nice doesnt keep us safe or living in a comfortable environment...they better get on it...and I am going to report this to the housing department and texas leasee association as stated on my lease...OPEN YOUR EYES AND DO SOMETHING.

Its drug dealer and prostitutes that stay upstair from me in apt 635. The state trooper does nothin. I complain to office,they do nothin...can't wait til my lease is done.
