I really like how Stonehaven Apartments is just one complex by itself. Also how the office staff takes the time to listen to you once you go to the office. Ms. Baltrip and Ms. Abushehab are very nice and will get maintenance to help you if you need them. I like the layout of the floor plan as well.

WARNING: Do Not Move Here!!!!!! New Management and office staff are very UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE and INCOMPETENT..... Can't wait til my lease is up to move.... Very disappointed and unsatisfied Resident!!!!!!!

I love StoneHaven apartments. I've been living here for 10 years and the apartments are well kept and the maintenance team fixes things right away. The staff is great and I love the after school program they have in place for the kids. I would vouch for these apartment & recommend anyone to to live here.

Upon searching for a place to live, I stumbled upon Stone Haven. It's close to my job and my daughter can ride the bus to school and partake in the after school program the office holds. The look of the outside is upgrading. But the inside needs a major remodel. For the price the size is wonderful.. but when it comes to the creepy crawling creatures (roaches) I'm beyond disgusted! Upon my move in my apartment was not cleaned, nothing that was messed up was replaced and not to mention the family of roaches that live in the kitchen that was beyond disgusting upon move in. The staff failed to do a walk thru with me upon signing my lease and now I'm demanding to be move to a non roach infested unit. The pest control came out and did a deep clean on this past Thursday and I don't see any change. I'm beyond upset and this location works perfect for me!! Oh yea the children tear up the community, I never see their parents..since I moved in 20 days ago I walk past the same cigarette butts every day! The trash people don't take trash left around the garbage dump and there isn't anyone to clean it up when the come pick it up on the wknds. There is also no courtesy officer so the children run wild when the office closes... I'm sooooo upset with my move choice and now I'm stuck in a contract for 12 months....

I absolutely LOVE this place!!!! The staff, maintenance guys, and of course our lovely office manager MRS.SUSAN!!!! When I first moved here I wasn't quite sure how it would be here but I must say I'm very impressed!!!! Mrs. Susan, and staff is very attentive to whatever you need done! All you have to do is ask, and it's taking care of SERIOUSLYYY!!!! I'm happily renewing my lease, and proud that I've chosen STONEHAVEN APARTMENTS to be my home! Thanks Mrs.Susan, and staff for your undivided attention to your residents!!!!

i have lived here almost 2 years and at first the outer exterior of the apartment looked nice and kept at my first initial showing of the inside was ok nothing extravagant but normal for a two bedroom the bathrooms are in the rooms this is to say that if you have company they would have to go in your bedroom not only that these apartments are not insulated you literally hear people conversations and lets not forget about people living above you walking hard without any regards to rather or not it is disturbing especially if you have a neighbors that are disrespectful dropping things on the floor on purpose banging doors kids running against the wall all times of night loud parties,break-ins,cars stolen,rude neighbors, etc. if you are a low key person these are not the place for you be advised this is a last resort

Stay clear away from here! Undesirable tenants...if you have teen/ preteen this is not a proper environment to have them in. I've witnessed teens out well past midnight sitting on the stairs smoking despite the joke 10pm curfew. There is no courtesy officer to enforce any rules. Tenants trash the place,I mean literally I have been looking at the same swisher cigar wrapper on the ground for 1week now (amongst other pieces of trash)- apparently the leasing team doesn't survey the property daily as they should knowing the type of people they lease to. The residents are just as low rate as the low class apartment complex (not all but the vast majority), they have no respect for themselves, their kids nor the place they live! Reported an incident to management and was told "no one else has complained", showed no interest nor concern. Did I mention someone was murdered 2013. Break-ins occur. This is an overrated disgused version of a public housing development. If you have any class about yourself moving here would be a major life downgrade! If you are able to afford it move anywhere that isn't a tax credit property because from the reviews I've read basically all such complexes in Houston are the same. If you have a Choice voucher rent a house if you can't do that hand HHA their voucher back it's not worth it! I would rather pay $800 for a one bedroom then live in this he$! hole!

Not all you read is true. Every apartment complex has issues no place is perfect. Don't be mad that you dirty and you have roaches, that your kids don't listen and you let them run wild. I been here 3 years and I have no roaches the workers come and fix anything in my apartment. My kids don't go outside and throw all they snack trash outside like I see other kids doing. Home training is whats needed then maybe there would be less issues.

I love everything over here, they have a bus station next to the apartment so it's pretty convenient to visit downtown anytime. BUT the only thing I HATE about this apartment is you not gonna have PRIVAVCY here. They keep sending notes something like physical inspection, pest control, patio construction etc. and they have key to access to your house even if you're not at home at the time. so you gotta keep and protect your stuffs cuz you NEVER KNOW! I would rate this one 3/5

DONT MOVE HERE....in the 617 to 620 building there is drug activity going on...the floors are coming up,,roaches have infested the buildings...they let hood rats sit on the stairs all night and all morning.,..loitering is a crime..there was violent fight in the 617 building bottles were being thrown almost hit me and my child and other people..the cement is no longer being power washed on all levels of buildings..maintence don't finish their tasks..there is a assistant named juveria(dumb as a doorknob with a bad attitude)courtesty officer doesn't come..no security...strange people out all hours of night and morning..----- girls at bottom of stairs rolling joints for ----- guys...No one does anything..need to be reported to TAAS. Don't move here...go to jones road or Hollister at least you can get to a safe place instead of construction from a freeway.There is drug paraphanalia on the stairs...THEY DONT CARE AND WONT HIRE SECURITY...THUG HAVEN LOOOSER VILLE..THEY BELONG ON TIDWELL NEXT TO ASPEN APARTMENTS. DISGUSTING LIVING ENVIRONMENT..OVERPRICED...LETS ALL LEAVE!!!!!
