This is a very nice complex. It is close to Kroger (next door) and to many restaurants in the area especially on long point. The complex is mostly owner-occupied, though there are many renters as well. The complex has a nice swimmimg pool which is maintained very well. The complex has onsite laundry rooms (two) and some units have their own washer and dryer in the unit. The neighborhood has seen a huge construction boom and the houses in the area are now worth millions of dollars.
