Tenant Reviews for 15165 Vickery Drive

Well I have been living here for about 1 year or so and i really dont recall anyone by the name of "vicky", but there is "Emily" at the front office and she is rude. When I go in there with my kids to use the computers and stuff she has this face. Also on the phone she is rude. Now about that they MUST do something about it. Other than that all the folks here are great.

I have live here since 2006 and have never experienced rudeness from the front office. When you walk in they make you feel right at home, and for the record, there isn't, and have never been anyone named Vicky working in the front office. I think these people must have the wrong apartment complex. I visit the office on a regular basis to check my e-mails and they make you feel like family, they know my childrens names and couln't be more friendly. --Very Satisfied Resident

I have enjoyed staying at these apartments. Our nighboors are great and the complex is always looking good. Outside is always clean. The only problem is the front office. The females seem to be very rude especially Vicky. I have never experienced such a rude persoanlity before, and i feel something needs to be done. So far other renters feel the same.
