I lived here for a year and the entire year I was there they never came to service the requests I asked of them. They only have 1 maintenance guy who never comes to fix the issues. How can an apartment complex just have 1 maintenance guy, that's insane to me. I believe they cut cost and pocket the rest. My toilet ran for about 2 months in the apartment before the 1 maintenance guy showed up. Also, the apartment I lived in had water marks and mold. The manager came to view the apartment but they never did anything but take pics. I have a son who lived in the apartment with me and I was always scared he would get sick because of the mold. They look great on the outside and the price is great, but you get what you pay for on the inside of the apartment. Please stay clear of these apartments. Also, I would here gunshots at night even the first night I stayed in the apartment.

We had a very unfortunate, completely unnecessary experience with this business. My wife and I drove from Idaho to help her mother set up for a wedding reception. We went to the in-laws apartment, parked our car, and took their car to the venue. Their had all the supplies we needed for the set-up. We returned three hours later to find our car missing. We went to the office to see if they had the car towed. I believe the agent on duty was Tiffany Ann Cabrera. It was difficult to get information from her since she was busy on her cell with personal calls. She told us yes, it was towed because it was not in a visitor slot. We all looked at each other since we had never seen a visitor slot on our multiple trips here over the years. She told us we had parked in permitted parking; we know not to park under covered parking but thought anywhere else was ok. Keep in mind that when we were there the lot was half empty. I believe we were targeted since we had out of state plates on our car. $240 later I had our car back. We had to return to grab some stuff from the apartment so I drove around the complex. I did not see a single sign about parking rules or permitted parking. I did find some visitor slots way in the back 40; I think there were two sets with 6 slots each, both sets completely occupied. Switching gears, I noticed the entrance gate was still not working. It wasn't working the last time we were here in 2018. So much for security. Tiffany, if you see this, I hope you're proud of yourself for ruining a perfectly fine day that should have been spent celebrating. Somewhere along the line I hope karma catches up with you.

Apartment is roach infested from the last person that lived kitchen and guest bathroom flooring is horrible the tile was coming up when i first moved in .notified the office and nothing was i always have water spots in my home .ihave had mold in my home as well .only good thing is the affordable rent .Tiffany attitude suck .Mrs.Sherly is a great manager but i feel if we as tenants are paying rent on time things should be fixed or we should be transferred bottom line ..this place is nothing like it use to be oh and corporate don’t resolve issues either they take up for the office staff

These apartments take ur money and lie the management is horrible... They all have attitudes and they want call u back u have to keep calling them... U will get the run around... Plz don't waste ur time with these people....

I have been here little over a year and I had my minivan was stolen and it almost got stolen again it has to be someone in the apartments they are nice and the maintenance is good and no garages are never available

Well I've only been here a month & a half and came home to my TV & money missing!!!!! No windows broke nor any doors tampered with so obviously maintenance or someone with a spare key came into my apartment! Nobody have a key but myself. I am 9 months pregnant & this is just ridiculous for someone to come in & take things that doesn't belong to them when they feel like. Waiting on the police & will be at the front office early in the morning! Money from my BabyShower gone...really?? People are so low!

I attempted to move into these apartments. I informed the office staff that I needed a place to stay asap due to the fact that I was relocated per my job and had only 2 weeks in corporate housing. It took them about 1.5 weeks and on the day that I finally decided to take off of my (NEW JOB) and physically sit in the office with them to make sure everything was completed.... I was only then informed that I was over income. Being over income is okay and I understand that. However, what I do not understand is why did you just find out that I was over income when I came and sat in the office on that day. You have had the same paper work with the same income showing since the first day that I turned in the application! It was not the young ladies that work in the front office- it was the manager who is supposedly so busy because she is responsible for 3 different properties. To make matters worse- when I sat there the day before to try to get processed in a timely fashion.... it was the 3rd of the month and people were trying to pay their rent. So I had the opportunity to chat with some of the residents. Out of about 10 that I spoke to personally, only one was satisfied with the property. I was desperate for somewhere to live and was out of time at my corporate housing that was being provided to me. Sometimes, things are a blessing in disquise and we don't even know it. I have never had an experience like this before and I have been on the section 8 program and rented at the fair market rate............. this property was beyond ridiculous. I am totally grateful for the outcome.

Hello, I am writing to express my concern at one of your properties: Northland Woods Apartment. I have been a resident at the apartment property for the past three years. In the last year new manager has taken over the property and a decline has been observed by the residents of the state of the garbage accumulated daily that is not being properly removed. Just in the past few months, several garbage bins have been set on fire in the apartment complex. The state of the garbage bins are in ill repair due to persons throwing out furniture and mattresses which are left for weeks before the items are picked up. There is too few trash bins on the property for the amount of trash that is collected on a daily basis. On the weekend, the trash bins overflow with garbage and trash is being blown over the properly and not being removed until Monday morning. These issues are becoming a health hazard to the residents of the property. Today, you can witness rotten food thrown on the ground that is just baking in the sun. There is an overwhelming odor in the area of the trash bins and rodents have been spotted in the area along with dogs feeding from the trash. This matter is only getting worse and the issues needs to be addressed. I have taken several photographs of the trash bins around the property, and all of the trash bins are over flowing with trash, exposed food on the ground and furniture that include mattresses, couches, old TV's and etc. When I first moved into this apartment complex, it was a well maintained property. Now it seems that the property is over run with trash and odor. I have voiced my concern to property management and was informed that "there was nothing that can be done about the trash". Yes, there is something that management can do about the state of the trash on the property. The trash needs to be cleaned up and the areas sanitized; ensure that the proper amount of trash bins for the number of residents of the property is maintained; and proper pick up of the trash is maintain on a regular schedule.

THE FRONT OFFICES NEVER DO ANYTHING TO HELP PEOPLE WHO STAY IN THESE APARTMENTS. LIKE THIS ONE DUDE LIFT HIS APARTMENT WITH HIS BOT ON THE FIRE AND DIDNT COME BACK UNTIL THE NEXT DAY THE FIRE DEPT HAD TO COME OUT AND STOP IT BEFORE IT TURN IN TO SOMETHING BAD. IF YOUR APARTMENT AC GOES OUT THEY NOT GOING TO COME OUT AND FIX IT UNTIL THEY FIGURE ITS IMPORTANT FOR PEOPLE TO HAVE AC IN THERE APARTMENT. THE GATE WORK WHEN THEY WANT TO. JUST BE AWARE OF WERE YOU GOING TO STAY AND EVER SINCE I'LL BE STAY HERE A WOMAN KILL HER HUSBAND AND PEOPLE HAVE BEEN GETTING ROBBED AT GUN POINT.
