If I can give -20 I would This place is unsafe Seriously don't do my mistake They cut my catalytic converters of my truck It cost me 6k They did broke in my truck 2 time And when u ask the Management , her answer , it is every where , u don't her the news about the killing ?!! Around houston , she is stupid and unprofessional I have to Break my lease and get out. no kidding runnn

Waste of time, money, and energy. I applied for Arium Park West Apartment #1432 on October 14th 2019 & my application came back Denied on October 15th- same day I was referred to apply with Liberty Rent to CO-SIGN for my Lease & Liberty Rent approved the same day. Following day, October 16th I paid $849 dollars to Liberty Rent and same day Certificate was sent so I could move in to the Apartment #1432 that was ready for immediate move in at the time and even verified by maintenance. I was told by Bertha and Thomas, leasing Manager & agent, to get Electricity turn on, and buy renters insurance in order to move in to the apartment, so I did on October 17th. Arium Park West sent me a "Welcome Letter", set me up on their website, provided me with a personal WIPS Number which I made a $175 payment thru Walmart thinking that's how I had to pay my "Surety Deposit" they had spoken to me about paying- turned out it wasn't Arium West Park WIPS number I had to pay the Surety Deposit but a different Company. Regardless of this inconvenience I went ahead and made ANOTHER $175 Surety Deposit- this time was the correct Company. After having paid in full a Co-Signer, Surety Deposit, Extra $175 to the Apartment Complex, Renters Insurance, Electricity Deposit, and Uhaul to move in...I was told I was denied because I had an "Eviction" that was never mentioned to me after they received my results from my first "Denied" application- wish they would of said something since the beginning.

we moved to this apartment because of the area, the access to Westheimer Highway 6 and Richmond. Also we moved here because from the outside it looks like a very nice apartment complex. We moved in in December in an apartment that was supposed to have been renovated and it has been a downward living situation sense. I am concerned for my family's welfare in this apartment because of the structural problems going on inside the apartment. And because of the mosquito issues we've had since we've been here. Some nights we could not even sleep because of mosquitoes were so bad!

This community leasing management are very dishonest & unloyal to the residents. If you refer a resident make sure you stay on top of it because they are going to find a way not to honor the referral. I give them no rating because of they're professionalism is not up to par.

I haven't had any issues except the noise of the cars in the accessible roads. Nice community though, but my apart is expensive and I don't like the fact that they increase rent every single year I renew my lease

I lived in this apartment for a minute, and was so ready to move out to a much more safer and well attended to community living , and also away from extremely unprofessional staff. The grounds labor guys are effective, but the staff who sit in air-conditioned office almost all day and talk to you as they please, using such words/language like "I don't care what...." , "I don't give a f**k....", etc.......WOW!! They also lie that they are sending someone out to tend to your request, and you wait all day and no one comes. Was so done and moved at the expiration of my lease.

Apartment complex is clean, well maintained and comfortable. It's peaceful can't see any problems living here (yet). 5% discount for certain personnel jobs (EMT, Armed Forces), which is great. THOMAS is the BEST!!

It just it need to inprove in the clearness not so impress with my apartment not well clearn the bath rooms and the cockroach everywere i still need my apartment to well the only issue i have for now
