I see the person below complaining about security, but this is a beautiful place to call home for seniors. We have certified peace officer as security! They are out doing there job because I SEE THEM! They are not just in the place you want them to be (AT YOUR FRONT DOOR) so you not satisfied with it! The problem here is you people, always complain and never satisfied. It is not management because they are beautiful individuals with kind hearts and are willing to help you at the drop of a dime! Management has been nothing but nice, if I was the manager, you would be kicked out because there is nothing they can do to please you. All you people know how to do is COMPLAIN, COMPLAIN, & COMPLAIN MORE! Residents need to stop complaining period, when you are the problem. Start appreciating the place you call home it is not how poor or rich you are, it is the character the makes the person. I am embarrassed that I live with a bunch of selfish individuals. DON T YOU PEOPLE GET IT! Crime is everywhere you turn. You must be aware of your surroundings at all times! Me myself carry a 380 and will blow someone s head off in a minute. I would also not intentionally put myself in harms way! REMEMBER SECURITY CAN NOT BE YOU PERSONAL BODY GUARD!

Safety should by their first concern, considering all of their tenants are over 60 years of age. Management's first concern is for themselves. They keep criminal activities a secret in order not to alarm tenants. An 82 year old woman was assaulted by two teenagers right out in the courtyard (not in parking lot as management claims). Had it not been for the tenant telling the right people what had happened (in order for word to get out), it would still be a secret. Now tenants are finding out that this may have been the 4th incident over a short period of time. Small print in the lease contract holds management harmless for lack of security. Since word has gotten out about this particular incident, management is calling a meeting for the tenants to at least put them on notice that they are responsible for their own safety. KEEP IN MIND, THESE PEOPLE MOVED HERE BECAUSE THEY FELT SAFE THEY ARE ALL BETWEEN 60 - 90 YEARS OF AGE. There was security at one time, but all of a sudden no one noticed they were gone until they were sorely needed. Tenants were not notified they would no longer have a live security person on the grounds during the night.

I have lived here for over 4 years and never want to leave. The apartments are quite spacious with lots of windows. A lot a thoght was put into the design when theyh were built to make good homes for seniors. Management is very helpful and take good care of us. They go the extra mile even for personal requests. My housekeeper takes good care of my apartment. I just got my first computer this year and am just learning it. I wish I had known about this site and had put in the information sooner.

I moved in here right after it opened and plan to stay forever. My apartment is lovely with lots of windows. Last year we had a lot of staff come in here and you always wonder how it will be. But they are wonderful! they are very helpful, whether it is taking care of anything that needs to be fixed or helping me send faxes to my doctor. Teh entire staff from the manager to my housekeeper is great!

I love living here at VIP. Love having one story as I have gotten older. The staff takes very good care of you in the office and maintenance. Lots of friends and things to do.

The manager is a liar. The community is beautful the management is terrible.

They promise you the rainbow but once you signed on the dotted line you donot get what was promised to you. Management is hatefull and disrespectfull to their seniors<br>and donot complain because you will be told to leave when your lease is up. It has happened to 3 people in the last 2month

I lived here for 2 years beautifull grounds and space.But donot make management mad.I was kicked out for no reason at all. They called is ceasing their property cause the lease was up.And you get no explanation why now everobody is afraid to have an opinion so they might get kicked out.They donot have a certified personal trainer on the property as advertised.Except in summer 2x a week a water aerobics teacher comes.The walking trail is one big circle not in a wooded area <br>as advertised.Lots of people are dissatisfied<br>with management.Specifically Micky she is as rude and ignorant as a person can be and donot disagree with her because she will advice Corporate not to renew your lease and you will never know why. The good Lord will take care of her
