It is a nice place to live not so sure about the area, The parking is ridiculous because because all the tenants have been allowed allow to reserve reserve as many parking spots as they want to regardless of the new tennis that I'm moving in which means the new tenants won't have nowhere to park and then invisitors we'll have nowhere to park either . To me this is the work of someone who is very evil who works with the ----- This is why this is allowed.

Great place to live! I've found my father forever home! The new manager Jasmine is the best. She recently became the property manager, and she is turning this place around for the best. I've had the pleasure of meeting the office staff, and they were all super friendly and knowledgeable. The maintenance crew is super fast at responding to requests. My dad put in a work order at 1:30 pm and by 2:44 pm they were already at his home to take care of his request. They really all have left me speechless.

I move here 3 years ago and it started out okay, but after the ----- leasing agent were let go, this complex has went hell we have no security gates anymore anyone and anything comes onto the property now the gates been broke since last year like the summer we as seniors do not have any activites other than pot luck and bingo this complex is supposed to be for seniors but now its for whoever We do not get any meals like other senior facilities we do not get anything as seniors managed by Westlake property and their staff We do not even get enough donuts(1dozen)for the whole complex in the morning for the Monday A.M donuts and conversations the management refused to allow coffee to be placed in the dinning room for the tenants when coffee run out they(managers) call for the house keep to come make coffee if she feel up to it the coffee is kept in the house keeper work area also this property is not keep nice anymore and dog owners do not abide by the rules when it comes keeping their dogs on a leash and half of them do not pick up the dog pooh. you are subject to stepping in dog pooh we need some ----- managers as well as the --------. DO NOT BE LURED HERE BY THE BROCHURE IT IS FALSE ADVERTISING. MOST OF THE APPLIANCES IS HALF BROKEN, THEY MAY WORK FOR A MONTH THEN BAD LUCK START COMING CAUSE EVERYTIME ONE THING BRAKE 2 OR 3 BRAKE AFTER AND THEN YOU GET LIES AFTER LIES FROM MANAGERS HERE AND THE COOPERATIVE OFFICE WHENEVER YOU CALL AND THEY DECIDE TO RETURN YOUR CALL AND MOST THE TIME IS NEVER. MOST OD THE UNITS IS EMPTY PEOPLES ARE MOVING OUT EVER CHANCE THEY GET I MYSELF IS SEEKING FOR ANOTHER SENIOR FACILITY.

I was impressed when we first moved in. Things seem to good to be true. A month later, things started to change. I was told you have to be 55 or older to live here. (not true) I was told with my plan there were extra services included with the cost the I paid. I have never been later on rent but services started to be dropped. You don't know you no longer have those services until you go to office and hear the excuse why they don't offer it anymore. Time and time again this happens! Property taken over, management change, nothing but excuses. BUT THE RENT KEEPS GOING UP! NO SECURITY, because the gate stays open, Pool is full of young people, office staff is NOT helpful at all. (I think they hate their job and just show up for a paycheck) They do cosmetic repairs to cover up termites eating away the structure. The list is long and I won't bore you. I suggest you do your due diligence before you move in. Don't take my word for it, just come through the open gate and check with the resident for yourself.

Never move here. It's states luxury apartments, yes for rodents. Roaches, and rats. No cameras for protection, can't go swimming after 5pm, and you can't Park backwards. This place is a joke.

I just moved to this property and I love my unit, however I think the staff is great. In other hand the residents there are so rude and not friendly at all. They have a lot of activities and provide lots of free meals. I was paying way more rent were I came from with no activities. Maintenance is grat at this place they are all very nice people.

I just got off the phone with ------- ( lease rep ) who refused to give me the director/ceo/mgmt. staff's phone number and name. she said she could only give the email address to complain and when I told her I would go on apartment ratings to complain she got really ugly. Ok, I am not those seniors at the complex where you guys can harass, threaten. My mom lived there in 05 for almost two years, and I check on ----- a woman who lives there that I check on quarterly to see how she is doing and bring a care packages. Last year when I checked on -----, I went into the lease office because I couldn't get through the gate and misplaced ------'s number. The black woman that was there told me that ----- didn't live there and she went get another lease rep who I gave a letter to requesting for ------ to contact ( never happened ). I told ------- that this family friend is elderly, and I was concerned because when I called her on Wednesday the phone just rang and when I called today it was disconnected. ----- have been telling me for at least 2 years how she has been very unhappy with how rude the mgmt. staff is in the lease office, lax security, loud, rowdy neighbors who are not elderly but young people who are now living there and Villas do not repair like they used to before the Katrina people moved there. In fact, since the Katrina people moved there that's when Villas have let the place go down when many of the -------- people moved to the new Retirement center in Conroe. That's when the Harris County Sheriff Dept stop patrolling the place, and entertainment activities ended but the rent keeps going up. ------ bathroom windows stayed broken for almost a week, and she had insects for over a month. WHY DO YOU GUYS AT VILLAS HAVE YOUNG PEOPLE ( TEENS TO MID 40'S ) LIVING THERE IF THIS IS FOR SENIORS AND 55 UP ? SO YOU ALLOW ANYBODY TO BRING IN A FAKE LETTER SAYING THEY ARE NEEDED TO TAKE CARE THEIR GRANNY WHEN THE GRANNY DOESN'T EVEN LIVE THERE ? also, some of these comments are obviously coming from people who work at villas and not people who have lived there, or used to live there.

Poor management, poor Maintenance, No Security, Staff Live Off premises. Management appears to be unconcernedabout the well being of the tenants. It is listed as an elderly complex, but you will find once you've moved in that it s for whom ever staff choose to let move in. There is a young married couple living there with a screaming/playing toddler. It could be a very good place for seniors to live "IF" the present manager were remove and the right one hired!

The front office is very nice, when I applied to get an apartment they were so warm and loving. When I moved in they always speak when I come into the offce and ask me how am I. They also encourage me to attent all the events! When I request work orders they take no time to fix them, I am very pleased resident!

The apartments are kept really nice and the staff is very nice! As a senior, I would say that I am at ease to know that I live in such a wonderful place. I have read a couple of complaints below and you cannot please everyone!
