We lived her a little over four years and have just upgraded to a large two bedroom! I started living here before I got married in order to save up some money while finishing up school. They have a least one event a month where they feed there residents and that has always been something to look forward to. Now, that I am married and have a child and one on the way we needed more room and we upgraded. We love the black appliances and dark cabinets. Management has always been there for us when service was needed. They even brought us a little gift when my daughter was born. It really is the little things that count. Our neighbors have always been courteous and our area of the property is very quiet. I recommend that place to any looking for place for quiet and peace.

I lived here for 3 years and I won't be signing a new lease the location is great and The propriety is well kept however you need to be at home at 7pm if you want to find a parking spot anything later than that you will have park in the back where it's dark and that if you find an empty spot. This problem is been going on for years but this past 3 months it got out of hand as some tenants own more than two cars and and take out spots from others. The management need to start assigning parking spots to solve this problem it's not safe for a man or a woman to walk all that distance at night rain or no rain to their apartments.

Hello all, I have been living here since Oct. 2014 and the experience started off kind of rocky, and I couldnt wait to move out; however, the staff actually turned out to be really helpful and nice people. My husband and I just upgraded to a larger one bedroom and I love it. No pest issues, on the third floor, very quiet and safe. We had the option to upgrade the interior, but the white cabinetry is very clean looking and I am happy with our move. We got a great move-in special, and parking isnt so bad. I always find a parking space no matter what time I arrive home.

There isn't enough parking. They took parking away from residents and designated it visitor parking. So because of that they are constantly towing resident's cars. The landscaping is terrible. We couldn't play volleyball because the tree limbs are in the way. There have been three occasions where something was stolen(video game) or out of place (food & microwave). The office staff is very rude and unprofessional. They are very condescending when speaking to you about a mistake they made.They made a bookkeeping error and did not notify me until 8 months later.you pay for what you get. Please look elsewhere.

I moved to this complex on January 2016, and at first, it seemed like a great place to live. Soon after, I received a notice that a resident was assaulted on the property. I understand that crime will be unexpected, however, I started to notice the police visiting the property multiple times for other incidents. I was very concerned for my cousin's safety who is a young woman. She works nearby and actually walks to work. On May 12, 2016, she had asked her friends, who also lives in the same complex, to walk her to work. Her friend waited outside our apartment as I do not let any unexpected visitors in my home. Apparently, the leasing agents came by and asked her friend to leave because waiting outside an apartment would be considered loitering. I then received a call notifying me that this will concur in a lease violation and would be permanently on my "record." I visited the leasing office to confirm what happened, I was told by the leasing assistant manager that it would be a lease violation because of how the events were handled. The manager said that my cousin responded with an "attitude." I asked her to reconsider just filing a warning on my record, specially, since the person waiting outside also lives in the same complex. However, she did not let me finish and insisted that fact did not matter. I then receive a call from the leasing manager and once again explained the situation and my expectations. I also mentioned that this was completely unfair because there are other concerns they should worry about, specially their resident's safety. I spoke about the fact that people have been assaulted on the property, and that they have yet to fix any of the security cameras. Her response included mentioning that the cameras are placed to protect the property and not the residents. That response was completely unacceptable and has made me rethink my decision to live here. I would advise anyone who is looking to move, to past this place up, as management cares little about their residents.

HORRIBLE place to live. I have resided here for almost 3 yrs and never been late once. I was ATTACKED in front of my actual building by a gentlemen who had an actual gatecard and came out of the workout room that let me out to pay drop my rent and waited on my return. As my friend and I walked back to my apt he jumped on her and I had to fight him. He fled. we filed a police report. I gave a written and verbal statement w the complex the next day . the cameras don't work so he's not on camera although they say SMILE you're on camera. the gat card scans are not assigned to anyone so that's pointless and no one evern followe dup with me regarding the incident until I emailed corporate they then called me to tell me to pay until the end of May because I wanted to move prior to May 31. My lease ends May 31. they are horrible. I'm only moving because of the attack although I could go on about the unfixed work orders, and my noisy neighbors above me of whom I've reported and written letters and emails about. the very next day after my attack another notice was sent out about an attack. Mgmt is unprofessional and this complex is unsafe. PLEASE don't ;waste your time or money on this property you will REGRET it! They do NOT CARE.

Kind hearted staff, quiet complex, great location in the west oaks area. Ericka is a beast; she did an amazing job with the application process for my brother and I and this will be our very first apartment! If i could give 10 stars i would :) two thumbs up! Keep up the good work you guys.

These apartments are very nice and quiet every body stay to themselves . They are a little pricy but it's worth it bc I'm not looking over my shoulder every time I go into my apartment .

I lived at the lodge from 2015 to 2016... I'm a mother of 2 teenagers...so safety is huge for me...since I've been living here I have had no issues...my neighbors are all nice but quiet... They stay to themselves which is great cause I don't really like to be bothered... I live in the back of the apt so parking is always good....the pool area is nice... When it rains it flood ah little in the back but it goes away as soon as the rain stops....the dumpster usually gets to full on the weekends typically sunday evening but by Monday its gone....there is a little Roach problem out they have pest control....I personally use boric powder to get rid of roaches and it works pretty good....my patio is huge I love that....I feel very safe my least is always over and yes I would be resigning it.....the office staff is always good to me and my kids.... I love it...hope this helps...I no the feeling of looking for the right apartment

I love this complex I have been here for almost 5 years and have loved every year they always have things going on for the residents .The management is wonderful ,Ashley,Erica,d Daniel, Simone and the manager Marie that is here is wonderful and the regional manager Lori always greet you with a hug and a smile when she is on property .They have great maintenance things are always fix on time .The grounds are always keep clean they really care about their residents I recommend these apartments to anyone ....LOVE,LOVE THEM...Thanks fore making my stay very enjoyable.The management goes above and beyond !!!
