Staff is always friendly and very helpful. Apartments are modern and have great appliances. The apartment layout maximizes the space making it feel very spacious. The pool is an excellent amenity and very nice. Overall a great apartment complex at a great price.

My wife and I have been living at MW for about a year and a half. We have no complaints so far. The staff and management are very responsive and quick to respond to service requests of any kind. A great place to live at with a nice gym, pool, and an amazing Amazon hub locker (makes life easier) Also, there is food truck Wednesday's which we love. Lastly, one thing that we love, is that the MW has a parking garage with elevators! Makes life so easier. **Honest feedback** I would say that they can improve in some areas such as: - security throughout the night to prevent theft of any kind in the parking garage and bike room. My bike was stolen from there. - sanitize common areas more - Replace or fix some of the equipment at the gym. Some machines are missing the pin and dumbbells are missing as well. Other than that, MW is a nice place to live at.

The building is well kept and the apartments are clean with updated amenities. The apartment has a great staff who is willing to help with anything as well. The apartment is located in a great part of Houston!

I feel safe and secure at this community. Maintenance is always on top of everything when needed and the leasing office is always professional. I believe the rent is reasonably priced, specially for the area.

This place is in a great location! I've lived in a 2/2 and a 1bd w/ a study, and I've loved both of them. The pool is nice, and the apt life team is great at creating events every month. I will probably renew my lease again.
