Memorial West Apartment has a very friendly staff and they are always willing to help, it’s been a pleasure to have an opportunity to live here. Thank for hearing us out when we had made request. Also they always organize fun events!

I have been living here for 5 months and the service has been great! Whenever I need something fixed they do it very quickly and the front office staff is very friendly, especially Katrina! Really nice neighborhood!

Initially all nice and beautiful; and for the area, the price was decent. However the lack of care and respect for the resident concerns it’s something I’ve never experienced even in the crappiest apartments I’ve lived at while in college. Cars getting vandalized on the almost weekly basis. Great to wake up to your car in blocks and tires and rims stolen… to then go to the lower floors and seen your not the only one. Instead on investing in cameras or even paying a nightly security guard to walk the parking at night, they decide that is more important to have DNA of dog ---- system to catch perpetrators…. What a joke!. When asked, the only comment is, oh there’s a camera at the gate… that does NOTHING since anyone can let anyone in, and they refuse to show camera footage to residents. For all we know the criminals are residents or even employees; who knows, but the whole ordeal is more than sketchy. Just this morning, my boyfriend woke up to a busted window, and evidence that the criminals had tried to actually take THE WHOLE TRUCK. Since they couldn’t, they stole some valuables and left us yet again scratching our heads as to why does this place STILL have not done anything about it. The biggest slap in the face by management, is them just a few days ago leaving notes on every door saying “oh crime is everywhere; we can’t control it… blah blah” . Well, while we know crime happens everywhere… STOP MAKING IT EASY FOR THIEVES, they already know there is no one watching nor cameras nor anything; so STOP making excuses and DO something about it. We pay enough for y’all to be able to afford it.

My husband and I have lived at memorial west for about 5 months now and we absolutely love it! The apartments themselves are VERY nice, clean, modern, and spacious. We love the staff, they are so nice and helpful whenever we need anything. The maintenance team is very on top of any service requests we have had, any issues we experienced were fixed quickly. We love the valet trash service, the gym, the pool, and especially the amazon hub! Sometimes the hallways and stairwells smell like marijuana, but it was like that at every apartment we have been at so it's expected. Overall, we definitely love living here and recommend it!

I am very happy that I chose to live at Memorial West. I have almost no complaints . Any maintenance concerns that I've had have been minor and have been addressed immediately. Ryan at the front office was my leasing agent and he was very honest and kind during that experience, he really sold me lol and he made the process very smooth . Now that I live here I am even more convinced of how wonderful he and the other staff members are! They're always available to help and always pleasant. My favorite thing about MW is that I feel safe and the environment is well kept. My next favorite thing is the location! MW is in a nice community and is right off of i-10. One street over there are lots of stores and restaurants so this is a very convenient place to live and it's not too loud or too busy. There are also nice/ realistic events hosted by Apt. life team and we have food trucks every Wednesday (consistently) which is a nice treat. In full transparency, I gave 4 stars because they could improve by making the parking garage feel more secure for residents and their cars. People speed in the garage and rev their engines at night, large trucks park on the end parking spaces which makes it hard to see around the corners (perhaps make those reserved spots as well and only allow cars) and I have seen some not so pleasant things happen to cars which puts me on high alert but this IS Houston. I know that Many of these things are out of their control, but more security features would be nice. All in all, I am a huge fan of MW and just recently re-signed my lease!

My husband and I have been living here for close to a year now and we both agree that Memorial West have been the best experience we've had. Like many other renters Im very picky about certain things one of them being security and maintenance response. Both here are great!! fast at getting things fixed and done correctly. security is great as well, doors aren't constantly broken or gates no functioning. It wasn't working one morning and by the time i got back home from work it was already fixed!

I've been a resident at Memorial West for a year and a half, and I have nothing but positive things to say! Anytime I've had a maintenance issue, even during the pandemic and the initial shutdown, they've been quick to respond! I absolutely love the area (being pretty equidistant to both Houston and Katy). And It just feels safer being a bit off the beaten path yet close enough to everything you could possibly need or want (shopping, restaurants, parks, etc). I'm happy to call Memorial West home!

I've been at Memorial West for almost 3 years now, and I can honestly say that it's the best apartment I have stayed in here in Houston. I've stayed in both the 1 bed, 1 bath, and then upgraded to the 2 bed, 2 bath unit. I loved both. Everything feels perfectly placed in the apartment. I have a nice wrap around balcony that we enjoy. I also love the level of safety I feel since we have a 3 year old child. The Amazon Hub is great because I do all of my shopping online. And the staff is always very helpful. Definitely a great place to stay, and even start a family before your ready to purchase your home.

The apartment complex is a great value. You get a nice facility in a great location. It is right off the interstate and easy to access. The staff is responsive and helpful. It's a quiet complex with a great pool and the apartments are modern and stylish.
