Wonderful place to live. The events are fun and well thought out!!!! The teams makes sure that you have fun and that they think of everyone. They make you feel so welcomed and at home. It is not what you would think of living in an apartment!!

It’s been a pleasure living in the memorial west apartments. It’s like being in a resort and I love the facilities here. Great gym and great environment. The staff is very polite and accommodating. I would recommend it

For more than a year, we've resided in Memorial West Apartments, and our experience has been delightful. Their maintenance response time is quick, the premises are well-kept, and the front desk is always available to assist us. Also the community is very engaging, organizing activities twice a month.

The location of the apartment is also great, with convenient access to various amenities and services in the area. The neighborhood is peaceful, making it a perfect place to come home to after a long day. All in all, I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a clean, well-managed, and comfortable living space. I am genuinely pleased with my time here, and I'm sure you will be too!

interesting disrespectful characters living at Memorial West throwing their trash to their neighbors on daily basis. I called the apartments numerous times for same concern and all empty promises. Might want to consider twice before moving here, as this will be your neighbor. From pizza to other fast food to used condoms, everything ends up on the neighbor's side. At least there is a name this time and we can call him out.

Great amenities & never over packed (pool/gym) Quiet overall with a great location close to parks, quick eats & the beltway Staff took care of the small things right away. Maintenance fixed small issues right away. Oh and love the monthly events & food trucks for the residents. Something to look forward to!

I’ve lived here for about 2 months. Staff is extremely helpful. Paige was amazing during the leasing process, answering all my questions and concerns. Kat is also really helpful and great at addressing concerns. Maintenance is fast and efficient. Location is great, easy access to I-10 and close to shopping. It’s also cool that we have monthly resident events and from the one I’ve been to, everyone was really nice and welcoming.

I have lived here for 2 and half years and I love it! The new management is awesome and the people working at the front desk are very kind and helpful, especially Ryan! The amenities are great and the apartment is even better. The place is well secured and safe. The location is great as well. I would highly recommend living here.
