Domain at Memorial is a very nice community, the townhouses are very nice, there are several layouts to fit most of the families needs. The location is great, close to parks, restaurants, shopping centers, etc. it is a great community. We have lived here for almost a year and we have enjoyed it

Parking is terrible at this location for the residents as well as guests. Whoever designed the layout definitely did not consider how close the parking of each car is and trying to get into a garage with a truck is a joke. Charging for garbage that is put out on the curb for one resident and not charging all residents for the same type of action is also unbelievable. The gates are often broken or do not function properly with the controller. Dog areas are often full of crap that is not picked up buy owners or maintenance, which causes some of us to go outside the complex with our dogs. There are numerous cats that are running around the complex during all hours. Dogs are not kept on a leash like they are suppose to be and there is no controlling of these tenants.

I can honestly say this is our first place where we've stayed longer than a year and there are so many reasons why. Having a townhome is worth every penny, the space is great and we have so much privacy. The neighbors are quiet and kind and the location is close to a lot of parks and restaurants. It is very easy to forget you're living close to other people. The complex is clean and fulfills requests quickly and proficiently. There is really nothing to complain about we will happily be here for a while before buying our home.

I love and appreciate how quiet the community is but also the a pity to invite and have guest over their feeling like your disturbing neighbors . I also love how have access to amenities. The only thing I would like them to improve on is guest parking .
