Local management is unresponsive to phone calls and messages, and some of the individuals seem disinterested and bothered. People do not clean up after their dogs - their feces is all over the property. There is trash around the perimeter of the property and always piled outside the dumpsters. Community message board posts are reviewed by management first, so posts are delayed days at a time and residents cannot communicate freely to one another.

Probably best not to share my comments but so far the experience has not been ideal. We love the neighbourhood and the property has potential but move in and maintenance has been a problem. We will continue to work with the property management to try and make this our home.

No sense of urgency from the office staff, very forgetful. Always have to go to the office to remind them of something. They write notes but dont follow through or pass them to Sabrina. Maintenance is not a quick turnaround, average wait time been a week to a couple days to respond to a maintenance request.

I think that this is a great quote place. But I also believe that they can do better with the up keep. Its suppose to be luxurious but there isnt luxurious on the eyes at some times. Dont get me wrong love living here but when I pull in the gate an get to the back where I live while different view.

Nice design but as rents have lowered so has the quality of the office staff. Maintenance team is good with a 24 hr turnaround in almost all cases. Private garages are small but a plus. Watch out your step though some folks don't pick up after their dogs

Wonderful property, the best part is pulling into the front entrance. Spacious with quiet but friendly neighbors. Only issue is parking if youre one to host you better use the surrounding side streets because parking isnt abundant within the gates but that adds to the security of the development. You wont regret your stay here though, trust me.

Domain Memorial is an amazing place to live with excellent amenities (gym, pool, grills, game rooms) and very modern townhomes. In a great area to live as well, with many restaurants nearby, quick access to I-10, and Terry Hershey Park. The only thing that would make me move is the purchasing of a house.

The community is very quiet and family friendly. The location is perfect. We got a great rate, which is what brought us to Domain Memorial and we love having the extra space in the townhome. We also love the garage instead of having to park in a community parking garage.

The only Good thing is the maintenance crew. I said this before and will Continue to say it. The complex It went down hill since I moved here. Loud disrespectful neighbors blaring their horrendous music late at night, dogs crap everywhere. Just disgusting!

A wonderful community. Very professional leasing office staff and maintenance staff. Gated and safe. I sometimes forget to shut my garage door but not once I felt someone entered. Great neighbors. Educated and friendly. Pet friendly. I am here for nearly 2 years and love it. If you looking for a new place to move than there is no better place than Domain Memorial luxury town houses. I bet you will be happy to live in this community.
