I had a scheduled tour appointment at 11am woth Kevin no one ever showed up or told me anything else. I waited for 30 minutes. I am choosing that this is a sign not to sign a lease here. I called about 4 times with no representative picking up the phone.

ABSOLUTE WORST "luxury" Apartments EVER. I get it.. It's a business.. that's only after your hard earned money while providing as little value as possible in return. HATE to admit it, but DO NOT get SCAMMED like me. Want to spend $2500+ a month to get scammed, mistreated, experience an abundance of maintenance issues, gate broken all the time, lack of privacy(WALLS are PAPER-THIN)? Well the list goes on and on...Then by all means come sign your life away here with one of the soul-less staff that will happily assist you with your next living nightmare. Currently living here coming up 10 Months and have been dying to get out of this hell on earth since day one of moving in. That should tell you A LOT. Everything looks nice on the outside, but please don't let that fool you like it fooled me. Skip the fake "perfect" reviews and read the other multiple negative and honest reviews and save yourself some headache and anxiety. Hope this helps someone else! You can thank me later when you've dodged this bullet that I couldn't.

The community looks good, but my front garden has not been done since Jan 2021 when I started my lease which is in the front part of the community near the leased building. It would be good if you could do something to improve it. 14800 Memorial Dr, Apt. 1312, Houston TX.

I think the neighborhood is great, but Greystar manages these properties for the owners, and they do not like to do more to up keep their units. That's all I have to offer in this description. Thank you

Allison made the choice to move to Domain very easy with her kindness and professional demeanor. She showed me around the exercise facility, pool game room outside dinning area, business center and game room. The amenities are wonderful and I am sure my granddaughters will love sitting in the pool chairs while cooling off in the water.

A place to call home. Close to the shops, and major roads. A pool and recreation section that made the choice for us. This is where we want to stay! The management team is attentive and that is appreciated. The only area Im not too crazy about is that there is a double mailing delivery system.

Peoples vehicles are getting broken into at night, which is concerning. There should be security or something to help address this. Also, there is dog poop everywhere. Someone let their dog poop right in front of our door and didnt clean it up. Its pretty gross.

Well first of all they was going to delayed my move in date because no cleaning was done. Then they rush it to make it on time with move in date. On top of that the property was hand it over to me in a unsanitary condition. Speaking of covid there was hair particles all over the rooms. Stain on carpet and walls. Broken properties fixtures. Also I found that the properties has bunch of guys living there and I was warned that they had been smoking while living there. I have 3 kids. Covid is no joke and this is no way to treat new residents. I understand its leasing but you dont go rent a hotel and expect it to be dirty. So same standard applies here especially if I had to pay $1500 on move in and got a bad properties so 4 days I couldnt even live there. Horrible.

Bad service since 2021. When I first moved here service was superb. Now it is a different. Maintenance request are not taken care of timely. Residents are loud and disruptive. Residents park in your driveway. Dogs not on leashes. I hope this is just due to COVID and I hope they improve soon

Fairly nice community but the office staff is very inconsistent in several areas. They also seem to not be able to remember things from conversation to conversation. Weve been here a little over two years now and have seen at least three rotations amongst the office staff.
