------------- has a felony and selling property to people. Do a background check on him. This man always smells like weed. His breathe smells like --- when he comes to collect the rent. He tried to talk my ----------- daughter he's a sex offender. He talks to you like your nothing. When you're feeding him. He drives his wife car he don't have a car in his name. He stay in the ---- don't be fooled by this man.

I am a current miserable resident and I cant want until my lease is up in 4 months so that I can get the heck out of here. The management hire cheap labor and in turn get cheap results. The apartments are old and need up keep and management will not put enough quality labor in repairs and renovations. If you have other options pass this place up. Let renting here be you last resort!! Pro's- reasonable rent Quiet environment The inside of the apt is decent Con's- MANAGEMENT!!! Plain and simple they Lie. You are told that repairs will be done and it never happens. residents let their animals crap any and every where

I would like to say that I have live at Remington Place townhomes many years ago and had a great experience their from the 2002-2008 time spans. I moved back in 2013 based off of that experience just to see that the apartments quality had gone down tremonfiusly. Since day one I have had problems with the kitchen sink flooding, two months later the pipe burst upstairs and left me downstairs with two flooded bathrooms and a whole in the ceiling above the bath tub. Next two months later I had an infestation of ants along with finding out weeks later I was infested with BEDBUGS. I have had the worse experience with Remington place and the manager tried to blame me for the bedbugs when several units I found out was infested as well. I had to break my lease due to losing all my furniture and I would never move to this place ever again. This experience has cost me lots of money that I did not have I was never apologized to for being blame and nothing was done for me to compensate the lost of my furniture and my money. I would advise you guys to think again before moving there. The worse rental experience I ever had. I am looking into filing legal actions.

All they want is rent money, they have no interest in keeping you safe. No security whatsoever. I'm breaking my lease and getting away from this hellhole nightmare

Very nice small gated condominium community. Good mix of tenants and well maintained. Very conveniant for Medical center as close to Highway 90.

I had a family member to live here for many years before I moved in. So I decided to give it a try. Thier two story 1bed 1 1/2 bath townhomes are really the only good deal they have. They are 940 sq ft and are running about $575 with washer/ dryer connections. They are great for a loving couple or a bachelor/ baclorette that needs a lot of space. There is no storage. You do get a nice patio. Management is very nice to deal with. There is only one person to deal with. Its not a real big complex. Alot of the units are privately owned and some or owner occupied. Maintenece is fast they always seem to come the following day at 11am to fix the problem. The grounds are well kept. One bedrooms come with one parking spot and two bedrooms come with two. There is a carded intrance and managment can program any phone to open the gate. I was in Cali and I could open the gate using my phone. Pool seems a little unsafe but I do see kids in it and there has not seem to be a incident. THE COMPLEX IS RIGHT ACROOS THE STREET FROM A RETIREMENT HOME. DURING HURRICANE IKE WE LOST POWER FOR ABOUT A HOUR AND IT WAS BACK ON. WE WERE THE ONLY BECON OF LIGHT IN THAT AREA FOR DAYS. My review is based on the 940sq ft townhome in which I live. I did have my vehicle broken into but it was my fault I left my bag inside of it.

I have lived here for 3 years and I have no complaints. You really cannot find an apartment, for the size they offer, at that price anywhere in Houston. It's close to my work and drama free. I am only moving because I am relocating to another state. The management is great and very loyal to their tenants.

i've been living here a little under a year. i think it is great. the people in the community are very polite, any problems with my unit is fixed right away. its nice and quiet and the children in the community are very respectfull. i would definatly reccomend remington place.
