Not long after moving in I began to be impacted by multiple medical issues. They led to me becoming immobile and confined primarily to my apartment. While a reason or two regarding the physical limitations of the apartment. Without hesitation, I say my primary reason for staying has been the assistance the staff at the property has offered me. They've been lifesavers.

Vista Energy Corridor is the best apartment complex I've ever lived in, everything about it is amazing. From the luxury living amenities, to the gym, the property management n everyone working in it! The security in the complex is top notch with the police officer living on the property n providing safety tool meetings for the tenants. Everything is always working and if not gets immediately attended. Love living here

The unit is nice. However the community is very loud. The walls are thin. You can hear every conversation from the parking lot inside your home. Several and I mean several neighbors scream and fight in the parking lot all times of night and morning. I've witnessed sales of Marijuana in the parking lot. Oh and lots of fighting in the parking lot. Just a very rowdy community after the office closes and on weekends.

Honestly I Just Moved Here So I Don't Have A Lot To Say, But What I Can Say It Is A Very Smooth And Fast Application Process, Not To Difficult, The Move In Process Was Simple And Since I've Been Here I've Had A Great Living Experience

All of the staff at this location are wonderful and very helpful, they have always answered any questions I may have in a timely manner unlike my last apt. Day and night difference! The only thing to dislike about the community is the weed smell every now and again. It can get very strong outside :(

My experience has not been pleasant. My unit was not ready at move in, and a cabinet issue noted during the tour still hasn't been resolved. While most requests were handled, a major water leak in my second bathroom left soaked carpet and visible wall damage. Maintenance left a blower that didn't fix the issue and left lights on, increasing my utility costs. My follow up request was closed without service. Security is also a concern, I've seen individuals roaming and checking for packages. While the community has potential, poor maintenance response and outdated amenities like the pool grills affect overall satisfaction.

Life at Vista is generally peaceful. My only complaint concerns the trash container area's cleanliness and the hallways' maintenance; at least mine is poorly maintained. The administration had promised to improve, but it hasn't happened in more than a year

The place has gotten so bad since I moved in. it smells like weed all the time. they never fixed something they promised to fix on the property/apartment before I moved in, I had to fight it several times. They never clean the halls, I have to go out and clean around my apartment so I don't have bugs because a pressure washer or something for the halls? No that hasn't happened ever. The doors get incredibly dirty and I was told "yeah that just happens with apartments in the back because of the dich. Okay? Do something about it and at least clean it. There is an immense amount of frogs in that dich, that will wake you up at 5 or 6 am.

I enjoy living at this community because the management team is nice and helpful, the maintenance crew is fast and reliable, and the property itself looks great. No issues from neighbors as well. Everyone seems to get along and keep to themselves. It works great because to me it's how you keep the community diverse and running smoothly, no one is stepping on each others toes.

My experience living at VEC has been pleasant. I never really have any issues unless there is a random neighbor being loud in the wee hours of the morning. For the most part, I enjoy coming home here.
