Maintenance work has getter much better! I live at the property and love the staff so much! They are very helpful and I appreciate how much they do to help with anything I need! Ever since the new management took over the property has started looking much better!

They are the most understanding staff I've had the privilege of dealing with in my whole rental history. And I've lived in multiple cities and states. I don't know the tall young lady's name but she is a doll!

I've toured many apartments and for the cost and living conditions, this is a great place to settle in! The apartments are mostly furnished and modern. I haven't had any issues with safety yet either. Maintenance requests are generally quick and helpful. Parking and having friends over hasn't been an issue either and you can have up to 3 different cars/guests registered. I'm happy to have chosen this out of the many apartments I had toured.

Bugs all over the place and the management is totally incompetent. Lived there for over 3 years and it was not a good place. Repair requests went unanswered. Emails unanswered. And by far the worst part was the bugs.

Really enjoy the apartment just wish their were less bugs and more cleaner apartments And would love if management handled residents problems with other residents more serious because I have a child and I want to know it’s a bad community

Office staff is very dismissive very poor customer service and they don’t talk to tenants with respect or compassion. Poor report has been established when asking questions regarding my apartment or communications in regards to rent and maintenance.

Excelente atención en las oficinas y mantenimiento , solo de colocar cámaras en la entrada y mantener el portón cerrado y habilitar las dos salidas y si los recomiendo de hecho ya lo hice, a me gustaría q el método de culminación sea otro

Staff is Outstanding! Ms. Blanca and Veronica is customer service is great and ver helful with any concerns. Maintenance takes great care of property and work orders in a timely order. I would recommend these property to friends.

Great first apartment. Good environment and not too far from entertainment. Tons of restaurants and fast food nearby. The maintenance team completed my work order in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend this apartment complex to others.

this is a really good apartment complex, I was a previous resident, and I am currently in the process of moving back in, Ms. Blanca is he best manager this apartment complex has had, I hope she never leaves, she has great customer service && she shows you that she is dedicated to solving any concerns you voice to her. thank you Ms. Blanca for everything you do for your residence!!! <3
