Nice property just needs minor improvements with offce staff. Parking is a big hassle and is not always inforced. If youre looking to transfer after being here it will be the same move in process as a new tenant.

Quiet, clean, and affordable living. There are several amenities to enjoy such as a swimming pool, grill, dog park, and a zen garden to relax with hammocks. This property has two, three, and four bedroom units!

The office staff is amazing but maintenance is horrible. It took them a whole month to give me a new trashcan cause my trashcan was filled when I first moved there and I'm still waiting on maintenance to come fix my washing machine and my blinds and it is now two months later.

The price is good for the space. Location is ideal and it was well maintained. The pool was clean and nice, there's also a fitness center that I was told would be open after office hours as well. Nice!

My renew lease was misleading, information about very high utility rates were not presented when I moved in , the charges for amenities, trash , pest are outrageous, because there's still roaches, they never have coffee at the office or water, the gym is smelly, and the community has a stray cats problem, there are fleas that get in your house, and there is dog poop everywhere, from residents that do not pick up after their dogs. Smells horrible to walk around the premises.

The community has changed a lot with new owners and management team. CAF management seem to have very low standards for this community. My transfer unit was not completely turned. They spot painted, electrical outlets are not fully functioning (work order has been in for a month), floors still not repaired (work order in for a month), paint dropping on floors and terrible caulking throughout the unit. I have roaches in which I had to pay for my personal pest control company to come out and spray.

I've lived here a long time. I personally have no opinion. If I have anything negative to say, I will speak with property management. The office has an open -door policy to where you can go in and speak to them about any concerns you are having. This property is located across the street from Nottingham Park. Schools are close by. Grocery stores are nearby in the area.
