I HAVE LIVED IN THESE APARTMENTS SINCE MARCH AND HAVE HAD NOTHING BUT TROUBLE! THE MAINTAINCE NEVER DO THE JOB RIGHT I HAD TO COMPLAIN NUMEROUS AMOUNT OF TIMES OF THINGS MESSING UP IN MY APARTMENT AND WRITE NASTY LETTERS TO THEM BEFORE THEY EVEN DECIDE TO COME OUT I HAVE HAD A PROBLEM WITH ROACHES FOR A FEW MONTHS NOW AND THEY DO NOTHING ABOUT IT THEY TENATS STILL ELECTRICITY AND MANAGEMENT DOES NOTHING ABOUT IT I HAVE FINALLY TOOKEN IT INTO MY OWN HANDS AND HAVE MADE MY OWN CALLS I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THESE APARTMENTS TO ANYONE UNLESS YOUR WILLING TO FIGHT WITH THESE INCOPATENT PEOPLE

This is the worst apts. you can ever stay in!!!My brother got stabbed 3 times due to the invasions of the hurrican victims!!Drug dealing ,cop chases everyday.Their is lots of gang volience everyday, im talking about if you step outside wearing the wrong color be preparied to be either killed,beat up, knocked out,or man handled.Man the office people are very stupit i mean they will curse you out if u complain about anything.The office people have been sued over 10,000,000 times.They dont fix nothin my friend had a flood in thier apt for over 5 months now.These will be your best friends: roaches, rats,snakes, n more! Dont move here u might die or leave in a wheel chair im glade im gone!!holla

I lived in Park Village about 3-4 years ago. When we first moved there, it was nice, so we thought. I lived on the side opposite the office, and it was horrible over there then. But not as bad as I am hearing it is now. Well I liked the community type atmosphere, because everybody pratically knew everybody. And it was a new thing to me, I'd never been in such a place. However, there was a bit of violence, and drug selling going on, then the police were there on a daily basis. Even the kids were a problem, and I'm talking about 4-5 year old kids. Park Village is literally a ------ in the suburbs. Anyways, my mom moved back there, and she can't wait to leave now, because it's nothing but chaos. There are now gangs, and drive by shootings like someone else said. It's rather sad, even a neighboring complex, Sierra Pines, I doubt is worst. I think a lot of the problems may be due to the fact that if not all, more than 50% of the residents are on housing. Also their management is crazy as well, when I lived there they had this one particular manager, and she left when we left, but now she's supposedly back. Anyways, they really need to do something about those apartments, possibly shut them down, because it's ridiculous.

I would rather live in a motel then to stay here.. hell I would even rather go stay in 3rd ward somewhere.. These apartments is horrible, Office staff is horrible, and very unprofessional. I would not reccomend these apts to my worst enemy. It's a shame when you can't feel safe in your own home, and have to be cautious of what colors to put on, and not to put on. There's constant violence, and crimes being commited around here. living here you will hear sirens 3-4 times a day and night. the keeping of the property is awful, you look around you see boarded up units with broken windows, trash all over the parking lot, units being broken into, people getting shot, robbed, stabbed, assaulted on a daily basis, and only 1 time has the office sent out a notice. theres a serious problems with bugs, insects, rats, and management has yet to do anything about it. this is not a family friendly environment, and it is not safe nor secure at all.. I know the convenience of the number of bedrooms, but its not worth it. if you don't believe me all you have to do is ride through here at night time, hell you may get lucky in the day time, and you will see for yourself. oh yea here's another "red flag" for you pizza places will not deliver over here at all. if you know like I know you will STAY THE HELL AWAY FROM HERE!

In the beginning the apartments were wonderful. Very affordable, spacious, safe, and a good value. Now, it is just the opposite. I have lived here several years and can't wait to get out of my lease to move. It is awful. Gangs, fights, DRIVE BY SHOOTINGS, STABBINGS, DRUGS BEING SOLD this is no exageration! The Sheriff department is there every night and on a good night may two or three times!! I am not certain what side of the apartments the other two people that wrote the previous reviews lived on, but I would love to have lived on that side. There are plenty apartements that are boarded up and have windows broken. Maintenance, don't even get me started, the lead maintenance man is a joke! Office staff is not helpful at all and get an attitude when you call to check the status of a work request. Yes, the do have several activities for the children to do which is about the only good thing I can say about this place. PLEASE before you move here, do your homework: Check the crime statistics for the area, drive through at night, check out the area, I gaurentee you will think twice before you move in!
