It's extremely moldy they only have one good worker being ---- hopefully they get more like her but the fact that she's nice meant nothing didn't make my apartment any less moldy or fix my air conditioner which forced me to buy a window unit which in return raised my electricity bill a crazy amount and idk why someone lied and said there's security walking the property at night that's not true never has that been true it's just a blatant lie and the actual property manager is kind of a ---- ---------------------------------------------------.

They go out the way to make sure you are great.. I love my new home. Its clean big rooms it has a lot of space. Reserve parking .They fix around here. You feel safe. You close to store's. Shopping centers. Security patrol us while sleeping. Great landscape.

I love my apartment and the management. Any issues with other tenants may occur, but Those are situations that are handled on a case by case basis and they will try their best to find a solution. They keep everything updated and clean. If you have any problems in your apartment such as leaks or air conditioning problems they get it handled immediately! The staff members are very kind and they have compassion for each family. If you're in need of a comfortable area, maybe have some credit problems and wanting to rebuild... Thorntree is a blessing. Thursday, February 22, 2018, I walked into the office and the assistant manager Cecilia, assisted me and all my questions so well. We started the application process and by the next morning on Friday she had all my paper work approved and printed, and got the lights turned on. We signed the paperwork and she handed me the key and welcomed me to the community. Wonderful experience. Simple process and simple bills. I am a first time renter and she really knew how to answer all my questions and understood my concerns. Extremely friendly and caring towards me and the other residents here. This is day 3, and I'm so relieved and happy to be a new resident at Thorntree Apartment's.

At first this apartments were perfect for my family and I, the apartments were affordable and just seem like we had everything, stores close by and well i am a single mother with 3 daughters and I work about 12 hours a day every day so i would always leave my kids with my oldest 17 yrs while i got back from work. It was safe but now ITS IS HORRIBLE.. the office staff change and thats were it went down hill. Now it is impossible to actually be able to speak to anyone in that office. The manager is NEVER in the office, like if she works from home or something because i call every single day and they tell me she is not there. To be honest i don't now who manages there. The girl in front is always confused and lost as if she is new with poor training. The parking lot is a joke I get off at 12am and guess what if i dont want to get towed i need to walk alone from one side of complex to the other. I was at peace and loved thorntree when it was safe and well managed, it is unfortunate that my family and I have to relocate. I do not recommend this place now. My lease is almost up and i am not renewing, i cant wait to get out of this. After almost 4 years, people do your research before you rent here. And if you do move in you will deal with the leasing person all the time. Good luck having a communication with the "Mnager"

So far this community is a family friendly the staff is personal and friendly. Victoria was quick on getting my approval she was so wonderful and helping me move in so quick. Wonderful staff and neighbors.

Gracias por mi nuevo apartamento estoy muy gustosa porque esta perfecto el espacio ademas muy lindo. Me atendieron con mucho respeto y Nadia me ayudo a que mi mudanza fuera de lo mas comoda y rapida. Siempre me atendio con carisma y excellente servicio al cliente. Recomendare esta propiedad a mis familiares y amigos para el futuro. Asta orita estoy feliz solo el parqueo aveses se llena pero son porque muchas personas tienen mas de un vehículo pero creo que ya estan solucionando ese problema. Mis vecinos son muy buena jente y me encanta que tengo mi parqueo solo para mi ??

Love it so far, great customer service since day one. I was able to get into my apartment on the day i needed it. I was refer by my cousin since she lives here as well, Nadia the leasing girl was very nice and she helped me with everything i needed. She even waited on me after hours since I wasn't able to go in earlier. I recommend this place is very quiet

The office staff was very nice. Everything is coming together day by day. I'm hoping to enjoy my new home.

My boyfriend and I have lived here now for 2 years, we have a small child so we try not to move a lot. At first everyone was nice and friendly and worked with us when we had issues, however now I won't even go to the office to complain or anything because they are so rude and every time it seems like there's something new we have to pay for. Over the 2 years they've overcharged us multiple times and not one time have I received money back. They even charged us 300 for using their electricity when we use a different company. Now they're telling me my dog is too big and he's barely above my ankle but people have huskys in this same damn apartments. I can not wait to move from here.
