Great location. Many shops nearby. Environment is great. Staff is friendly and helpful. Neighbors are friendly. Pet friendly. Great amenities that include media room, pool, fireplace and grill outside, great room with tv's and kitchen to entertain. Many events held during the month. Very very secure which is the main reason I chose this location. I would recommend to anyone.

Unbelievably responsive management. Great residents. Great location. A little noisy based on outside traffic on w gray and waugh but that's what you give up for living in the center of everything. River Oaks shopping center, Whole Foods on waugh and Montrose are all within a 5- 10 min walk.

This is an awesome apartment complex for people new to living in houston; awesome neighborhood with plenty of shops/restaurants/grocery stores and the apartment complex itself is very safe. In my opinion it is worth the higher rent rate for feeling completely safe and being minutes away from downtown. Strongly recommended!

Great community in a very convenient location - close to downtown as well as Midtown, Montrose, and Allen Parkway. The apartment is very well maintained and the residents go out of their way to keep it that way. It is a quieter community unlike many buildings in Montrose.
