My toilet in my one bed/one bath apartment keeps overflowing and flooding bathroom with water and bubbles and other fibers. this has been happening since I moved in about 3 months ago and the issue has not been fixed after several maintenace requests. This happens mostly during the day when I am at work or out of town.
