when my boyfriend and I lived here it was quite but then again we worked nights. we was always on time with our rent and never complained or anything kept to our selfs. the manger or who ever she is locked us out our apartment and said for late rent.. we had proof (money order copies) we paided rent and still got kicked out.. don't waste your time or money here. staff sucks!! now I'm fighting to have this removed from my credit report

Roaches, rats, loud and rude neighbors. Pool is never opened and is never cleaned. Not a good place for children.

My son and I have been here for three months now..The office personnel was very courteous. The price is right with all bills included and low deposit...His apartment was completely reconditioned..all is working properly.Carpet and tiles are new..A/C is cool and smell all new.So far not too much noise..but first day he moved in here was a lot of police cars due to a fight /altercation ...Today also we witnessed a huge fight ...So two altercations in three months...Also we heard of two car break ins...There is not gate or security here ...Pool was opened for a little while but some residents broke the filters and lights and had to be closed. The laundry room is always dirty and most of the machines are broken ...Also two times the public phone have been destroyed...Small roaches in kitchen and bathroom. We had to buy foggers and roach motels...and some other things to keep the critters under control...We clean everyday with bleach and disinfectants..Tomorrow the exterminator is coming ...In conclusion ..Is not the greatest but is affordable and close to everything..Bus stops..Stores..washaterias..ect...easy access to I45...We rented here just because is very close to my sons work place...With those two big fights and car break ins, I am a little concern about safety. About look and maintenance I think the residents have been responsible for many damaged areas..There are just two maintenance employees for the whole complex. These buildings are old.I think the whole complex should be remodeled. If we find a better place with same price, gates and security, we will probably move.

Now i know why people called the news on them cus they suck in mainteance and everything else, the pool was all green n full of trash it was like that when i moved in n bearlly got clean. If they want ppl to b on date whit rent then they need to fix up every single little thing that has to b fixed.

I have lived here for about six months now and its ok i guess for all bills paid. I have no huge problems with them but yes I have issues with my apartment. First off when me and my husband moved in the freezer wasnt working but luckily I only had to cal once and they came right out to fix it but i still occasionaly have fridge issues. Also our a/c messed up and the heat went out right when it started to freeze and it took them almost three weeks for them to fix it. I called numerous times and the manager mary kept saying they came and fixed when i was at work but everytime i went home it was broke, it took my husband going down to the office and argue with her until a maitence guy came to him and then they went our apt. and my husband had to sit there and watch them to make sure they were actually trying to fix it lol. My place has never been broking in to and neither has my ne car but my neighbors car has. There isnt alot of noice i dont hear fighting through the wall or anything but our new neighbors downstairs like to play their tejano music very loud sumtimes. there is no security at all here and the gates are ALWAYS broken so anyone can get in. Overall yes there some problems here but its not horrible or dangerous for this neighborhood. not the greatest but defiently not the worst.

These apartments are so crappy! When the hurricane incident happened this past summer, we were left with flooded in apartments for a week---AND YES I MEAN LITERALLY YOUR APARTMENT SWARMING IN WATER-- becuase the office staff took two weeks off! So then when they finally came back and most of the water had evaporated from our apartments, or soaked into the carpet, they said we had to LIVE WITH THE MOLDING capret for 4 weeks until the INSURANCE paid for the new carpet!! And my son was only 5 months then!!! and learning to crawl! Also, when you take a shower, the water is NEVER EVER EVER at a decent temperature! You test your water, see that its perfect temperrature, and as soon as you jump in it starts changing!! EXtREME COLD, HOT, COLD, HOT Every 5 seconds!! I complained to them several times that and ONCE--MY 5MONTH OLD was scolded by the sudden change in the water , AND THEY TOLD ME TO FILL THE TUB WITH HALF HOT HALF COLD AND RINSE him!! I HAD TO BREAK MY LEASE!!!
