I HAVE VIDEO PROOF OF HOW MANY BREAK WINDOWS OF YOUR CARS. THE WORSE PLACE TO BE. This is the worse place you can ever move, the manager is so bad that when you tell them that is a gang breaking windows of your cars and all of them have guns, she will actually try to defend her poor and bad job as protect his residents. Actually she will start telling you what to her and how normal is that. That’s not adding that she actually will raise her voice to you, for trying to ask her knowing what’s going on she will not find a solution to this problem. This situation happened to me 3 times, a gang breaking the windows of my cars, we put police report 3 times and inform the oficina about it and they did 0. That’s didn’t just happened to me it happened to so many people, all the time. The office knows and they still do nothing. Also, the management, as needs in the apartment is THE WORSE. Plz don’t even think to move to this apartment

I moved into the apartment complex at the middle of 2021 and have had absolutely no regrets, this places feel like home. Very spacious, comfortable, living accommodations; quiet, safe, attractive, well-kept community. If you’re thinking about staying here ask for Danielle, she was very friendly, caring, and helpful. I would highly recommend living here.

Gym is very complete , pool grills are good to use and cook. Maintenance always on time to fix what u need . Danielle in the office is very good at her job ver nice persone I like to deal with her . The manager is always there when u need her

I want to acknowledge how great the new staff is they are super friendly and helpful. Change of management can be incredibly scary and I am so glad it changed for the better! It is a wonderful place to live.

I would rate Hayden zero stars, if I could. I just got a call from a debt collector today, saying that they had a debt I owed to Hayden. Hayden at Enclave NEVER CONTACTED ME ABOUT THIS DEBT, despite having my email and phone number. In fact, they disabled my ability to login to their website a week after I moved out. So I couldn't even see if I had a remaining balance. They claimed my login should have remained active for 30 days after moving out. But they also claimed they gave me notice of my outstanding balance. Neither of those are true. I wasn't going to bother reviewing Hayden before this incident. I was just happy to be done living there, as the experience was AWFUL. 1. The security gate was broken for several consecutive months during my stay. 2. There is trash and dog poop EVERYWHERE. The maintenance people sit in golf carts chatting while the complex is dilapidated. 3. All of the appliances are cheap junk. We transferred units during our stay and, in both of them, we had to submit service requests for a broken microwave. 4. I went without a laundry dryer in my apartment for over a month because they claimed they didn't have parts. 5. I had to submit several service tickets to get my washing machine fixed. When they did replace it, they gave me the LOUDEST PIECE OF CRAP washing machine I've ever heard. Maintenance treats you like an idiot who is wasting their time, before being forced to help you. 6. If you're on a 2nd or 3rd floor, prepare to deal with squeaking floorboards in every single room. If you're under another tenant, prepare to hear them any time they walk around. 7. ROACHES. German cockroaches everywhere. When I unpacked at my new apartment, I was horrified to find a dead roach body, before realizing that I had brought it with me from Hayden. If you like roaches crawling all over your possessions, food, plates and silverware, you'll love Hayden at Enclave. We submitted pest control requests. They came in, lazily sprayed ONLY by the oven, and left. 8. We transferred units because we were tired of listening to neighbors fight outside of our unit. New unit- new neighbors fighting outside of it. Hayden did NOTHING about the noise complaints, btw. They did, however, charge us the full transfer fee to move between units. 9. Water service is shut off frequently- sometimes multiple times in one week. 10. The other tenants blast music, drive through the parking lot like it's a NASCAR track, and let their dogs poop anywhere and everywhere. 11. Landscapers sprayed grass all over our vehicles on multiple occasions. 12. Staff never answer the phone. And don't bother leaving a voicemail. They won't return your call. 13. None of the people who were there when we signed the lease 14 months ago are still there. Extremely high staff turnover hasn't resulted in better service, either. 14. The buildings are old and in disrepair. Expect the typical thick white paint slopped all over everything, but it's worse than that. The upstairs tenant's water heater closet was leaking down into ours and Hayden did absolutely nothing to fix it. On multiple occasions, we came home to water on the floor and seeping out of the walls. 15. Complex is full of sketchy characters. Forget about being comfortable walking around your apartment complex after dark. You're better off walking down Briar Forest. I wasn't going to leave this review until today. I was just happy to be done with Hayden- done with living among cockroaches and shoddy appliances, with unresponsive staff and maintenance people who treat you like an inconvenience. But Hayden wasn't done with me, until they tried to mess with my credit.
