The place is nice and secluded in enclave area. It is typically quiet but a few neighbors like to play loud music at night. Some neighbors also like to smoke by the stairwells blocking the path to reach the apartment. Maintenance of the property is not up to satisfactory. There is trash lying around the property. The tennis court does not have a net for almost half a year. Gym is also very stuffy and have missing dumbbells. When my AC broke down during summer, it took the team one week to get it fixed. Overall, there are room for improvements but the apartment is typically worth its price.

My experience so far at the community is very grand. I love it. It's quiet, peaceful. Easy to get to parking lot amazing maintenance. Are there literally 24 seven feels like I'm at a resort, but I know it's not but then again that's the feel that you want to be when you're at an apartment at a resort.

Intially it wasn't bad for the price. Now, the staff is horrible and the roaches are completely out of control. I can never get my maintenance request looked at for at least a week. Anytime I call the office staff for anything, they never address or fix the issue. I have to call yelling and cursing for them to do something, that I asked about weekd prior. I shouldn't have to call mad and upset to finally get my issue fixed.

Front office looks very nice and all- that’s a trap. Maintenance will suck the peace out of you if you ever have any issues. Entry gates opened always but yet you are charged for a key fob! There is no luxury here, spend your hard earned dollars some place else. I have growing black mold from a leakage upstairs and it’s been almost 2 months with no resolution. Horrible and disappointing!

B0407-never move here. we recently left B0407. we raised several service request for multiple toxic MOLD during our stay and some are still there. We and my wife, both were suffering from MOLD in body and went through several medical procedure & spent thousands of dollars. my wife can't even breathe properly due to mold in her body. There were Rats, roaches, spiders in hundreds for which i raised many service request. you can check the other reviews along. Due to 35 year old property, they have rats, roaches, leakage and Mold everywhere. I already started the Legal action against them. Management always misbehave with tenants. They don't CARE FOR OTHERS AND THERE LIVES. Think twice before moving here.

I should have believed the reviewers's comments. I signed a lease for 8 months, but the cockroaches have been a problem. There are both big and small ones. They are everywhere including in bedroom, and will crawl onto me when I was at asleep. Can't break the lease because of 2 months pay plus $1000 fee.

Horrible office staff. They change as sim as the lease is final and corporate is a joke. Big roach infestation, loud almost every night, no security, no rules for pets, you will step into feces or be bit by pit bull, molded appliances that they paint over, horrible trash system, pot files everywhere and they to cheap to get them fix properly, gates always not working. They try to add fees and these apartments are not luxury at all. Same renovation from 15 years ago. It way too loud in these apartments at night. People were willing to break their lease to get out of here. Warning this is not the place comfortable living. Once you sign their lease, it's downhill from there.

This place is disgusting. The management is horrible. They do not respond when you have concerns. Everything that could go wrong has gone wrong. Rats and roaches everywhere. One thing they will do is reply only though and say “we value…”, “satisfaction guaranteed”, or “we dont recognize your name.” SCAMMERS.

I moved in here about 4 months ago with the promise of "luxury apartments" and have been sorely disappointed in the condition of the property as well as the poor management. Had $5k worth of bikes stolen and caught it on video and management's response (after 30 days and numerous emails) was "it reflects in the resident handbook; no structure changes or additions may be made to the exterior of the building". I'm sorry but I'm 99.9% sure that bikes on a patio is not a structural change. So much dog feces on the property that I have to have special rubber shoes that I take my dogs out with because I step in it every time I leave my apartment. The off leash dog park has so much feces not picked up that on warmer days, you can smell it. When my dogs are in there they have to have their feet washed before coming inside because they are stepping in other dog's poop. Management fails to empty trash cans on any routine basis, leaving a dead squirrel in it to decompose in the heat. I personally bought a dog poop scoop and left it in the off leash dog area to attempt to encourage cleanliness. I also have spent numerous hours cleaning up the off leash area so my dogs could safely use it. The laundry room trashes are never emptied and the counter tops are never cleaned - again had to go buy my own washer and drier as there's no way my clothes were getting cleaned in their laundry room. When installing my washer and drier I noticed I had no hot water shut off and asked an emergency hot water shut off be installed for safety and was told by maintenance that they didn't have the part so he showed me how to shut the water off to my entire apartment if I had an emergency. The "security gate" is broken and propped open 80% of the time - so much for any security. If I were you, I would look anywhere else but here.

Roach infested! Do not move to this money hungry place!! They do not try to work with you! This complex does not care about their residents! Constant break ins, horrible management, leasing agents are rude and never answer the phones! Save yourself!!
