Everything at my complex is GREAT. EXCEPT THE WATER BILL. Even in a house I didn't have one this high - w 4 kids.. I'm paying from $150-$190 for water in a medium 1 bedroom!!!! Very unacceptable!!

Move in process was quick and fairly easy. Was shown my actual unit prior to application which was welcomed as some complexes show one than put you in another unit which is inferior and not prepared.

moving in was easy but once I got in I was immediately met with problems ! First, the apartment was not ready the day of move in , th refrigerator had to be replaced and the refrigerator it was replaced with came dirty, smelly, dead bugs inside. I had to demand they bring me another one after soaking to the maintenance man that brought it and started "it words" expecting me to accept it, I would not accept a refrigerator in that condition. I had to speak with the property Manager Erica and after several attempts I was finally able to speak with her and graciously she understood and I was brought a new refrigerator the next day. Second, the door and the bolt were not properly aligned and left a huge gap in the door. The gap was unsafe, the door looked as if it was kicked in at one point and the plate on the wall was too loose. The maintenance man that arrived could not properly fix it so my boyfriend had to use his tools to readjust the plates. Which ultimately still end up being loose again. Third, the hot water in the kitchen take entirely too long to warm up. This issue still hasn't been resolved, the maintenance man was very dismissive saying "it comes on" but it has to be running at least two minutes before warming it. Third, once upon moving in the gnats were insane and they were not present during viewing of the apartment. Fourth, the a/c unit was leaking onto my bedroom carpet. Fifth, my sink in the bathroom has been leaking and potentially grew mold. Sixth, the dishwater was leaking. The maintenance man came looked at it once and said the problem was fixed. Unfortunately the problem had not been fixed so after looking at it a second time , a new one was ordered. Seventh, The bathroom tub had been coated but not cleaned so there was coating with hair in it and soon once the coating wore off tub is no longer white and there is mold growing on the inside of the faucet handles. Eighth and last, my clicker for the entrance gate has NEVER worked. I've been to the office about 5 times trying to resolve but they mentioned a "software error". The fob works to get into the gym but not into the gate and that is a very unsafe thing considering I get off late and have to step outside my car to use the pinpad to gain entrance. Mind you, I just moved into this unit 4 months ago. I can say 98% of the issues I stated have been resolved and were done so in a timely manner, however it's just too many issues within the small span of time i've been here.

A lot of very positive changes from when I first moved here. When putting in a service request, the staff is much more responsive, keeps you updated on the progress and actually finishes the job. The apartments are also kept clean and the grass is always freshly cut. For the most part, the apartments are pretty quiet.

Everything that glitters is not gold. I wouldnt recommend this management company. They upkeep the surroundings well but not inside the apartments. We had experiences where we had to report the same issues over & over because either they didnt come to fix it or if they do, its not done properly so we would have to report it again. Example, we had mold going on in our bathroom ceiling from a leak that was coming from upstairs. Instead of them fixing the root of the issue they just painted over the mold. We had leaks a couple of times within the walls where the ac unit is...they couldnt find the issue. They dont get specialists to come in to service the ac units seasonally and they dont use contractors, only their maintenance guys who may just know the basics.

So I've had a bit of an up and down experience here. It was great when I got here but there has been a number of instances where I've had issues with maintenance and issues with things breaking and not being fixed timely or adequately. Management has changed numerous times as well. Roaches is a huge issue that at one point it appeared management was working through and then they stopped and the pest control company has changed a number of times too. Repairs from Hurricane Beryl haven't been fixed or repaired so should we have another hurricane I'm concerned about what could happen.

Well, since I've been here, I've had a horrible experience with roaches which I'm not accustomed to. I also now have new neighbors who kids run up and down the steps from one side to the other screaming and yelling all day, long, leaving rocks by my door that they have picked up from downstairs by my door. I can't say this has been a great experience, but at the end of the day there's always something better. I have a problem with the maintenance following through with request and making sure that things are properly fixed in a timely matter. I don't think the people that were paying five dollars too for exterminations are using proper materials to kill the books because they keep coming back and they're small big the medium size They keep coming back so this is how I feel

It's been okay kind of lonely wish there was more events in the community it's safe and allows pets has washer and dryer hook up which is nice but I wish water bill wasn't always so high but otherwise it's a good place to live

The little details (like the large bathtub) make this apartment feel "fancy" despite similar pricing to less "fancy" apartments. I would appreciate if the garbage pickup service, which is required in the lease and an additional charge every month, was as consistent as their schedule claims. This apartment would be even better if they hired more maintenance staff!

I wouldn't recommend this property to my worst enemy. Management is very unprofessional and condescending. From Stephanie to Erica. My transfer has been a living he'll. Continuous work orders placed to fix issues to only have a temporary solution causing my electric bill to be incorrectly charged. Electrical problems caused my tv to blow out, breaker misfiring and have a shortage. Technician hasn't came out yet.
