There's nothing like a great property management. Mrs Edna and Mrs. Yolonda has been so caring and thoughtful towards me since they started working here. I was crying when our last manager left, because Maria took good care of me, she told me that she left me in good hands. I'm here 23 years now and these ladies are great

I have only lived here 6mos due to having to take because the apartments I wanted to rent were not ready. I came due to s hurricane and lossing my home in Louisisna. I regret that I moved here.My daughter found this I would have not rented them. The smell of sewage water snd green ground, bsld spots everywhere. I did not get a chance to tell them anything becsuse she only tslk yo those who are too asinine to read between the lines. She is as fake as a three dollar bill. Her mouth spews lie after my lease was up sje told me to tell them but she only would give my daughter correct info. When I went into the office to tell her I am paying this rent alone and my daughtet does not live here but in a home. She had my application fee and deposit but still treated me very rude. I had to kero my wings on when I eas near her. Just like the song says "Try Jesus please don't try me". I have had things once I got my dishwasher after three months and a dribble for my kitchen sink.. The door sticks and sometimes gives you trouble locking. The ceiling in the bedroom us bulging like it may collapse at anytime. The plumbing is noisy and my bathroom has to be manuelly flushed to let water in snother fail for maintenace. The new owner Lincoln Apartment better get ready to spend some money. These been here since 1977. The entrance and exit are a nightmare between the bumps insnd out of here. don't be in labor .You would have it before you reach South Main. I have to prsy for the staff here Karma will come back on them. If you don't want drama or stress please think twice.

If I could give these apartments no stars I definitely would. Me and my TODDLER daughter lived here, it was horrible. Roach infested, and my ac broke. No one ever wanted to come out and fix anything, there response was always “what do you want us to do about it”. During the winter storm of course my heater did not work, me and my daughter had to relocate. I would NOT recommend anyone move here!!!

I used to love living here, but the people upstairs never stopped makin so much noise. It would last until 1am. So i went to the office to tell them, and what they did was go complain to the people upstairs, and now they will not talk to me. The noise still continues. They've robbed me from some stuff i had inside my car, and they robbed our next door neighbor. All they said was they couldn't do anything.

I loved my townhouse and living in cambridge until my next door neighbors started bbq in in frony of my front door. I complained 2 times and they continued to do so.people had partiesbin front of my front door and window as ifbi wasnt there. My van was broken into on may 26 2013 right in frontvof my back door i reported it. I suspect the next door neighbors that i complained on. Of course they couldnt do anything. I asked on several occasion to me be transferred to another apartment. I was lied to and told none were available. I was forced to break my lease i coyldnt deal with being over there anymore. Then they want to call after i move out. Honestly now there are more --------- seem like they want yo move all the black people out. Or force them to break there leases..

I refused to wait until my contract was up to move out! My brother in law and I moved into the same complex and we lived next to each other. On the first month they stole the Honda signs off my brother in laws car. On the third months the broke into my husband s car stole his TV's stereo and car seats. When I went to report it to the office, the "great and attentive" ladies gave me an attitude and said, "Okay and what do you want us to do about it? We are not the police we CANNOT do anything, crime happens everywhere" GOODNESS! On the 5th month one of my neighbors was almost sexually assaulted as she was going into her apartment around noon. One of the landscaping crew members was working nearby and tried to help her, he ran off. When she went to report it again, the great "attentive" ladies asked, "So did he rape you" she said no, their response was there is nothing we can do for you, if you want call the police. They would NEVER send out notices about safety or warnings about what was going around, the only notices they handed out are them complaining about what you leave out on you patio. The tub we had was disgusting! It was all peeled, they NEVER replaced it. At all times of the day you have people walking around smoking weed, they see it and smell it but do NOTHING about it. Also, make sure you get yourself and all your family rain boots, every time it rains there are huge puddles of water everywhere about 2 inches deep, more than enough to ruin your shoes. They also have frequent power outages that last for hours and at times over night. With all that being said, I did not wait for my contract to be up, I could not suck it up and longer. I forgot to mention that when you move out be prepared to pay for stuff that was never fixed. They use the cheapest materials for the place, first touch and it breaks so when you move out they charge you triple for what it is worth.

I lived here for only one year and as soon as my lease was up i MOVED OUT... First let me beggin with the #1 reason ROACHES EVERYWHERE... and all the complex is always dirty it might be just the people who live there because trash was never in the dumpster it was always in the parking lot and in peoples porch, #2 Weekends its always loud people with music at 2am, #3 When u first go they show u a nice apartment and when u sign the lease they give u a ugly old rusted falling down apt., they seriously need to fix the cellings, the restrooms, cabinets and everything else. #4The people in the office lie, and at times rude.. if u complaint on other tenant they'll tell you one thing like ok we'll send him a notice(warning) and once I confronted my neighbor she said she never received anything... and also when I moved out they charged me with alot od things specially a let fee really they wouolndt never allowed me to turn in keys if i had a late payment qithout paying it if they knew i was already leaving in other words seriously listen to my advice and avoid headaches... U defitnely dont want to live with ROACHES and by the way they do come with the pest infest. but that doesnt even works

I have enjoyed living at Cambridge Village, and saved a lot of money on my electric bill. I moved in March 2010 and the unit that I choose was energy efficient. They also have a huge laundry room on site. They are very prompt with the work order requests.
