Been here a looonng time. Theres been good and there's been ok. A lot of management changes. Parking has always been a problem, but what can you do? Overall, and being unable to compare it to other facilities, this is a very nice place to live.

We're starting to live in here since 2016 up to now. Most of the time there is a big problem with the staff members to treat the residents Living in the apartment. Especially most ladies they are disrespectful the way how they treat me.

I've enjoyed my stay here so far and I hope to continue living here hopefully I can find a unit facing the pond that would be great. I enjoyed the community and enjoy the view it's nice Tucked away and being only four minutes from work it's great

I've enjoyed my 3 yrs here... Great location for me (work, city, food, travel, etc) Everything is within 20 to 30 mins away... Summertime with 3 pools to choose from is nice... Neighborhood is courteous and friendly. I suggested it 3 of my fellow teachers and 2 of them moved here. ??

Vaughn and maintenance are always so kind to my family and I. anything we dont understand and feel the need to come to them they help us understand or make the effort to help. Thank you Vaughn and maintenance for your hard work and dedication
