For the most part the community is well maintained, and the staff is very responsive. However, there are not enough attention to the common areas within each building(i,e. breezeway are very rarely cleaned, grassy areas are not maintained(too many patchy areas). Outer perimeter Gate access, is less than satisfactory(system should be repaired, or updated). Additionally, there should be additional emphasis placed on the monitoring of the mailbox area, as there appears to have been on numerous occasions tampering or negligence on the part of the postal carrier.

The property used to be beautiful and managed well before Daniel became the manager. - [ ] The sprinkler repair in front of building 6, now there's just a big hole. Are the lawn sprinklers working at all, because the grass is dead? Daniel said he getting bids for the breezeways to be pressure washed in February. What happened with that? People come and fix the gates every other month. The gates have been closed and working properly for the last 12 months. Junk on everyone's patios. One unit has hung awful looking sheets in their windows because their blinds have been removed.

I've lived here for a little over a year and I have enjoyed my stay. The office staff has always been friendly. I usually go in and out the back gates so the traffic doesn't bother me and parking is really good. I have the bigger one bedroom and it's really spacious.

I've had a great experience living at this apartment community! Great front office staff and maintenance staff. Large community and apartments. No known issues within the community. Have and will continue refer others to the community. Only issue is back gate is consistently broken and common areas need ti be power washed more often
