It seems like every other month the water is shutoff for the entire complex! Valet doesn't always pick up trash when supposed to although it's included in rent so it has to be paid regardless. Some of the maintenance staff is unprofessional and has personal relationships with people who have been trespassed from the community, doesn't clean up after their pets and lets them run loose with no leash.

Doesn't look bad from the outside but it's been nothing but one issue after another. It's difficult to get management to follow up. Other residents are loud and inconsiderate, loud music for hours on end for weeks at a time, using drugs in public places, leaving large amounts of trash around and outside.

Lovely place to call home! Highly recommended to everyone who wants to experience the beautiful place and pool. Management is very professional always ready to help with any issues or concerns and the property is always clean. Love all that!

Property has cameras but are useless, my car got hit and no answers. Gates stay open even if cars dont have acces they wait for someone to open the gate and just drive in Valet Trash makes corridors stinky

Very quiet over here and the maintenance outside such as lawn is kepted up. Just need to keep maintenance up better in the inside of the place and start applying new updates to the apartments inside and out

I’m extremely impressed with the maintenance service provided by Alex. He is very professional, polite, and knowledgeable. He quickly identified the issue, explained everything clearly, and fixed it with great skill and attention to detail. Alex went above and beyond to make sure the work was done perfectly, and I truly appreciate his dedication. It’s always reassuring to know that someone so reliable and efficient is taking care of maintenance requests. Highly recommend his work!

I was disappointed with my move and the follow-up by the apartment management. I was told a walk through would be done on what was needed before I moved in. My move-in list took an hour to complete because there were so many issues. My stove has two functioning stove tops and two that don't work. My dryer was severely damaged and should have been removed. We had lights that did not work in the closet, etc. Out of the many issue items on my move-in list, only one has been completed and that was because we put in a separate work order for a light bulb. The maintenance guy came to remove my damaged dryer, but did not. He stated he would be back and has never come back. I have complied with all the items I needed to as a renter, but management has failed to do their part. This place is not bad, but the tenants can't be the only people on the contract doing their part.

The apartments are all very good, very comfortable and safe. The only problem is that I started 4 years ago paying $1250 and now I'm paying the amount of $1675. It's too much, it increases every year, it's unsustainable. We will be forced to move

Everything here is fine, not great. Lots of noise from neighbors and the office doesn't seem to care. The trash service that is required in your lease sometimes takes the trash, and when they do, they usually spill most of everyone's bags down the steps and do not pick it up. I'm not sure when they have the breezeway washes scheduled, but they have not done so since a couple months after I moved in. I've been here for about a year and a half. Needless to say, they're pretty dirty. We had a roach issue that we suspect was caused by the tenants next door, because once they left it stopped. We called pest control out many times and they'd spray in one or two spots in the kitchen and then leave so we had to get our own to mitigate the issue while it was happening. So no routine pest control either.

20*years now. At least 3 changes in ownership. Always pleasant, helpful management. Maintenance staff rated an A+ in my experience. In these last 3-5 years, I have often wondered why?? And when will the current ownership finally give us residence a NEW and more secure gate system. Anton Ullrich, #10205
