I seen a video on Tiktok and a property manager refuse to open a door for a resident who's kid was in the apartment.... That fat Bit** was very Disrespectful & rude. I hope she gets Terminated... A Property Manager cannot lock a guest Nor Tenant Out of a Rental Unit Without Following Legal Procedures.... I hope she sues the fu** out of that trifling Bi***.

Do not fill out or rent from this company they wanted me to pay a $500 non refundable deposit to process my application I declined them to process it because I will not pay a deposit not knowing for sure if I’m approved for the apartment.

My experience here at these apartments have been wonderful!! Ive lived here a little over a year and had no issues at all! The apartments are always clean and so is the pool! The park here is beautiful especially with the lights at night! Management are awesome especially Cynthia reynero ! She is always willing to help and is always there anytime I have questions.

Never dealt with a rude asst manager like christina reyes,------- lied about giving paper's and speaking to me when never happened made complaints that never where seen by maintenance or fixed bad apt

I have only been living here for a short time but I do like it here. I picked this place due to several things! 1st the apt manager LaKeisha was super helpful, honest and super protective of the community here at Parc South Green. This made me feel safe. Plus there is a police officer who does make rounds. Plus the office staff is so nice and helpful. I call them each week what questions and there are friendly.8 2nd the interior of the apt had been refurbished with hard floors and nice appliances. I got the 613 sq ft, 1 bedroom and it is perfect for a single person! 3rd, the rent is reasonable for what is provided!

A friend of mine ask me about these apartments i stated their ok but make sure your quoted the right price they are trying to up sale you based on upgrades, i will mention to him about the flooding, you would think the work that he does they would look out for him even more. The staff are ok when pressured I'm not in a position to make waves like he is though but i been happy somewhat.

These people at the office will do anything to take your hard earned money. Their cheap appliances will break on you, and it will take maintenance up to two weeks to fix something that is important. Staff are dumb as a rock and lazy and pretend they know what they're saying when they really don't. These apartments been hell and these leasing office ladies not even ladies, they are thief's and their job is to lie to get you.

It will be a year for me in April and i couldn't be more satisfied with my decision tbh !! The apartment grounds are always kept up and they do a great job notifying you with every small detail and what to expect . The maintenance people are literally ALWAYS so nice and so awesome and greet you every time they see you ( s/o to Cesar) .anytime there is an issue inside my apartment (not often) majntence are always prompt with fixing whatever it is !!! (1day wait that's it)the office ladies (jas and ms stacey) always have a solution to everything and are always willing to help me and have been so sweet to me since day one . Great prices and no bugs ! I will def be back next year ! -Kentira :)

We just moved here a month ago and I can say that we really like this apartment especially we got the upgraded unit with new appliances. We also like that they have a covered parking, the only downside is the difficulty in getting a parking spot at night especially I get home late from work. On the other hand, the safety is an A+ for me because aside from the security camera at the gate they even have a security patrol that will drive around the apartment complex at night. The maintenance is always prompt. I haven't taken my dogs to the Bark Park because of the rainy weather but I know for sure that they will love it. Highly recommended this place.

I have lived here since 2010, when they were Fairfield Creek and under at least 2 different management companies. Back then, there were so many things wrong with the complex (crime, drugs, no security, gates stayed broke, potholes, little to no lighting throughout the property). And now with the new management company since last year 2017, I must say they have stepped up the game ENTIRELY! They came in, saw the problems/issues and immediately went to work to get them all taken care of. Starting with the lighting issues around the property, to fixing the potholes throughout the complex, to upgrading units and the gym, to renovating both pools, renovating the clubhouse/business center and even their offices, to now making over the outside colors of the complex! I can't wait to see the finished product! Living here with the new management company in place, the staff is very friendly, always greet you with a smile and help in whatever way they can, for whatever reason(s) you went into the office for, even if it's just paying your rent. I must also say that with security patrolling the property and actually greeting/holding a conversation with me as a tenant, makes me feel safe. This has been home for a few years, but now I can HONESTLY say this is TRULY my place I call HOME!
